Sheriff Grady Judd Arrest Amazon Vendors
Matthew Cox | Inside True Crime · Watch on YouTube · Generated with SnapSummary · 2026-04-10

00:00 every time you sell a fire stick that's

00:03 jail broke it's a felony jail broke and

00:06 illegal that that doesn't match there

00:08 two different things investigation's not

00:11 over it's just beginning officers came

00:14 secret microphones secret cameras Lis

00:18 Vasquez he also jailbreaks his own Fire

00:22 Sticks if somebody has so much power

00:24 that they can shut down the media from

00:26 asking questions I have no shot so in 20

00:30 20 3 years after living in

00:32 Lakeland I opened up a booth at a flea

00:35 market people would come up to the booth

00:36 I was at and say Hey you know how to fix

00:39 Fire Sticks you know the lady that was

00:41 here before she taught me how to do it

00:43 or I bought it from her Fire Sticks Fire

00:46 Sticks Fire Sticks right so I've always

00:49 known about fire sticks so what is a

00:50 fire stick so fire stick specifically is

00:53 an Amazon Fire TV device it's probably 6

00:57 in long you plug it into your TV and

00:59 then you're able to stream versus using

01:02 using a smart TV which doesn't have as

01:04 much computing power in the smart TV a

01:06 fire stick gives you that power it's got

01:08 more RAM more speed so people have been

01:11 using them since 2016 that's when the

01:13 first fire stick came out along with

01:16 that around 2016 when the first one came

01:18 out people began what's called

01:20 jailbreaking the fire stick and really

01:24 all that means is turning on a setting

01:26 in the settings of the fire stick and

01:28 allowing for unknown sources allowing

01:31 you to download things that are not

01:32 available on the Amazon store so I can

01:34 download it for free and I don't have to

01:36 pay for it yeah so you can stream it for

01:38 free because that's another thing with

01:40 the Fire Sticks is you're not

01:42 downloading anything so if you are but

01:44 you're able to tie into the streaming

01:45 Network correct yeah you're able to tie

01:47 into the streaming network if you are

01:49 downloading movies and things like this

01:51 now you're crossing the line into

01:53 copyright infringement and the whole FBI

01:55 warning that you see at the beginning of

01:56 the movies punishable by five years blah

01:58 blah blah blah that's downloading okay

02:01 but for for me as far as I was concerned

02:03 I didn't have to do that there was apps

02:04 that gave you free stuff free movies

02:07 free local TV that were not illegal most

02:10 of them were on the Amazon store I

02:11 didn't even have to side load them where

02:13 do you get a fire stick and like what

02:15 are you paying for them so I would pay

02:17 I'd get them directly on Amazon or Best

02:19 Buy or Target same thing anybody else

02:21 could do same thing anybody else can do

02:23 I'd get so with Amazon in these places

02:25 you can only get three a day you can

02:27 only get three Fire Sticks a day and I'm

02:29 guessing they have limited so people who

02:31 are s loading and reselling them can't

02:34 sell 10 a day or something you know

02:36 which is stupid you just go to Best Buy

02:38 they get another three Target get

02:39 another three right well they have to

02:41 look like they're trying to limit it

02:42 yeah so right so I switch over to

02:44 selling the Fire

02:46 Sticks people start coming immediately

02:49 and I would ask people like what what do

02:50 you what do you want to put on there

02:52 like local news which is a majority of

02:54 people want it this is by the way this

02:56 flea market is international market

02:58 World in Auburn Dale Florida

03:00 so this is a it's the biggest flea

03:02 market in po County um but it's you know

03:04 it's mainly older people um not a

03:08 jam-packed place right so most people

03:10 that would come up and want a fire stick

03:13 what they wanted to do was reduce their

03:14 cable bill or cut the cord

03:17 completely and then be able to still see

03:19 their local channels see what's going on

03:20 in the news and that maybe Sports so

03:23 they come to me and they say hey can I I

03:25 want to see this I want to see that I

03:26 want to see this okay there's an app for

03:28 that you there's an app for that so just

03:30 bring it bring me your fire stick or I

03:32 have these that are ready to go I'd sell

03:34 fire sticks for maybe $25 or $30 more

03:38 than the listed price so when I buy them

03:40 on Amazon and these other places I'd buy

03:42 Amazon 4K sticks so they were the best

03:45 ones out the fastest ones out I think

03:46 they were $50 at the time and I charged

03:49 80 for it so it was like a $30 markup

03:51 for doing the service so I would remove

03:54 a lot of the stuff that's in the fire

03:56 stick already that slows it down just

03:59 stuff that Amazon puts in there and then

04:00 add whatever it is that they they would

04:03 customize it you tell me what you want

04:04 you can hang out and watch me do it

04:06 there's no hiding this is not a secret

04:09 yeah yeah it's just a service it's just

04:10 a service you know I'm providing so you

04:13 can sit here and watch people hang out

04:14 with me as I'm doing it and by the way

04:16 that later that my charge was not just

04:19 doing this and reselling it but showing

04:21 other people how to do it so they can do

04:23 it themselves and not have to come to me

04:24 and pay me 20 bucks or whatever it is so

04:27 that was part of that later it only took

04:29 two two weeks Matt so 2 weeks from

04:32 October 1st 2020 was when the first

04:35 undercover officers came to the uh flea

04:39 market in full undercover secret

04:42 microphones secret cameras and the whole

04:45 thing so I don't know if it was had

04:48 anything to do with me I was brand new

04:50 in the flea market other people had been

04:51 there for years so two weeks after I

04:54 begin doing this this when everything

04:57 starts I wasn't aware of it it

05:00 didn't come to light until December late

05:03 December 2020 so it was three months

05:04 that they were investigating us what

05:07 when the bus happened the sheriff of P

05:10 County his name is Grady Jud right he's

05:12 also known as American Sheriff right

05:14 very popular dude you know liked in the

05:16 community does good stuff and I love him

05:20 right before this with the exception

05:22 this with the this is the exception I

05:24 loved him before this

05:27 so when the when the whole bus went down

05:31 the sheriff of Pop County put out a

05:34 story that he went on the news there was

05:36 a whole press conference 15 minutes long

05:38 our pictures how this guy does his press

05:41 conferences is he'll do a raid or

05:43 they'll do a bus his team will do a bus

05:46 and let's say they get three guys they

05:47 got three pictures ready to go right so

05:50 they get their press C hey here's leis

05:52 Vasquez this guy right here was selling

05:54 Fire Sticks and by the way he was

05:56 arrested 15 years ago for stealing candy

05:58 from a store you know he just starts

06:00 going in on you right so during that

06:03 press conference one of his his

06:04 reasoning as to how this whole thing

06:06 happened is a concerned a concerned

06:09 citizen went to the Sheriff's Office in

06:13 October of 2020 and said his words they

06:17 come in there and say hey Sheriff

06:18 something's got to be wrong at the flea

06:20 market so they answer him like what well

06:23 they're selling free TV boxes over there

06:25 and that just doesn't seem right and

06:27 that's all it took for the investigation

06:29 to start so going back to these

06:32 conversations I had at the flea market I

06:34 remember a couple of strange two

06:36 particularly very strange conversations

06:38 one of them a guy comes up to my booth

06:41 and he's hey you got those jailbroken

06:44 Fire Sticks and I'm like yeah sure I

06:47 mean they're jailbroken but that's just

06:48 a term I I would always tell people this

06:51 like it's just a term jailbroken it's

06:53 just something that's really misused

06:55 because the Amazon Fire stick is not

06:57 locked you can't you can't

07:00 you're hacking into it or breaking into

07:02 it or yeah you're just reprogramming it

07:04 which anybody can do what anybody can do

07:06 yeah you're not hacking into anything

07:08 you're not changing code you're not

07:09 going through the back door you're

07:11 turning on a setting to allow you know

07:13 apps to side load apps so this guy comes

07:16 up to the booth and he's like yeah you

07:18 got those jailbroken at I like yeah well

07:20 I mean they're not jailbroken but sure

07:22 the reason they're called jail Brokers

07:23 could I do this with it I do that like

07:25 what do you what would you like on yours

07:27 if you want one he's like oh no I'm just

07:29 I just wanted to see if they were

07:30 jailbroken so I'm like okay cool okay

07:33 that's weird right that's it right and

07:36 then he's like before he that's it

07:39 before he leaves he goes but are they

07:42 illegal and then I go what do you what

07:44 do you mean illegal but Joe broken

07:47 illegal that that doesn't match those

07:48 two different things go well yeah just

07:51 asking and he leaves so he wasn't a

07:52 customer he was there just to talk or

07:55 whatever and then another conversation I

07:57 had shortly after that was a lady that

07:59 came by and she kind of asked the same

08:01 it was almost the same conversation hey

08:03 I like the term jailbroken and this and

08:06 they were really pushing that term

08:08 jailbroken and O are they legal oo that

08:10 sounds you know interesting so later on

08:14 it was my my opinion was that I think

08:17 those were possibly tactics to get me to

08:19 say certain things even though jail

08:21 broken is not not illegal the word is

08:24 it's just a word that was the whole

08:25 investigation two people no there was

08:28 more people had to buy right to buy

08:29 stuff they had to buy so the first Buy

08:32 in this whole buy and bus operation was

08:34 in early October two weeks after I began

08:37 selling the Fire Sticks so they come by

08:39 buy a fire stick whatever take off in

08:43 order to get probable cause for search

08:45 and arrest warrant they would have to

08:48 make take it somewhere to see if it's an

08:49 actual illegal item so they in my

08:52 discovery which I have you know I I F

08:54 the case um to a certain extent it's 50

08:58 pages my Discover is 50 pages so in

09:01 there you see where they took the fire

09:02 stick back the first time to a

09:04 lab and they they they check to see if

09:07 it's illegal and they see that turn it

09:10 on Fox News yep it's illegal like in my

09:13 Discovery says Fox News was on there so

09:16 you can access the world because that's

09:18 on there so maybe they checked other

09:19 things but that's just what they put in

09:21 my paperwork so they confirm that okay

09:24 yeah you can see a cable channel on here

09:27 and the con the the investigation

09:29 continued there was a second buy the

09:31 next month and a third buy after that so

09:33 it it they did three buys of these of

09:37 this hot product and so on December of

09:41 2020 I came into my booth of December

09:44 19th 2020 you as a flea market vendor

09:47 you have to set up pretty early in the

09:48 morning so you're there at 8: in the I'm

09:51 sorry 700 in the morning setting up

09:53 getting ready because the first

09:54 customers are going to be showing up at

09:55 8 people are old people come by and they

09:57 walk around or whatever so I'm setting

10:00 up my booth that morning December 19th

10:03 2020 some a guy comes by first person

10:06 there it's the first customer he comes

10:08 up to my booth he goes hey do you still

10:12 have those jailbroken Fire Sticks and I

10:14 was like no I don't and actually didn't

10:17 I had what's called me sticks a

10:18 different device but I was like but

10:20 these are the same thing you could still

10:21 see your movies your TVs this kind of

10:24 thing so he goes uh can you give me a

10:27 second I just got to make a phone call

10:31 so he goes by Grady listen not just

10:34 saying yeah that was weird so he goes he

10:37 makes his phone call as he leaves to go

10:40 make this phone call a regular lady

10:42 comes by hey can you fix my device I

10:44 plug in her device and begin removing

10:47 all the crap that's in there that was

10:49 slowing it down as I'm doing this here

10:52 come six or seven dudes you know full

10:55 undercover hey Louis Vasquez we got a

10:58 search warrant for your boo

11:00 and I'm just shocked I'm just I went

11:03 deaf I couldn't hear what was being said

11:05 you know just shocked like these cops

11:06 are coming in here screaming my name

11:08 particularly that saying that they have

11:10 a search warrant so I respond after my

11:14 hearing comes back after a couple of

11:15 seconds and say okay what do you what is

11:18 this about they're like well you need to

11:19 step behind you need to step away from

11:21 the booth are you going to be cool

11:23 you're going to be cool man that whole

11:24 thing I'm like yeah I'm cool I get okay

11:28 I step away from the booth here comes a

11:31 photographer with a professional Cannon

11:33 whatever and he's he's taking pictures

11:36 of the signs he's taking pictures of all

11:38 the My crappy table and my rotten wood

11:42 that we get as vendors of a flea market

11:44 and so right there when I saw that guy

11:46 with the cannon camera I'm like okay

11:48 this is something different this this is

11:50 a little this is beyond the pill so the

11:54 guy the head guy ask me he goes hey you

11:57 you need to talk to me I'm like okay

11:59 okay he's like uh let's go to let's go

12:01 to the parking lot so I go to the

12:03 parking lot with him I talk well I go to

12:06 the parking lot with him we sit down at

12:07 his pickup truck he opens the glove

12:10 compartment hey gra grab that I grab it

12:13 stack of paper he's like read that and

12:15 it says Florida State statutes robbery

12:18 theft and Rel related crimes so I go

12:23 what thiss is robbery you're charging me

12:25 with Fire Sticks so what robbery has

12:27 nothing to do with this and he goes no

12:29 what you're doing does have to do with

12:31 it blah blah blah and he begins asking

12:33 me like how did you learn how to do this

12:36 how did you learn how to jail break a

12:37 fire stick

12:39 and I'm just shocked still so I'm like

12:43 what I don't I don't understand the

12:45 question you're talking about going in

12:46 the settings he's like no yeah how did

12:49 you do this like how did you learn how

12:50 to do this I told him what YouTube

12:53 YouTube it Google it read about it um he

12:56 goes well how did you learn how to put

12:58 cable channel on there or a movie on

13:00 there or Netflix or YouTube and I go

13:04 that's it's not illegal I mean I just go

13:07 on YouTube and learn how to do it

13:08 nothing about this is illegal jail I

13:10 start the process of explaining

13:11 jailbroken Fire Sticks are not illegal

13:14 this is not an illegal item right this

13:16 is a side loaded item the the Amazon

13:19 Fire stick is made unlocked you can't

13:21 you know you can't go any further than

13:24 that so he goes oh well what you're

13:26 doing was blah blah blah this and you

13:28 know this is what you're getting charged

13:30 with so I asked him what sort of charge

13:33 is there he's like felony 3 5 years in

13:35 prison if you get convicted

13:38 so uh we I end the conversation there we

13:41 they come and take me to jail but how

13:44 you know they they cuff you the whole

13:46 thing they cuff me the whole thing and

13:48 took me to PO County jail so how I knew

13:51 something was strange there was a lot of

13:53 weird things going on but when I go the

13:55 the transport cop comes to get me right

13:57 and take me from the Philly Market take

13:58 me to jail

13:59 I go I see him I turn around I've been

14:01 unfortunately cuffed a couple times in

14:03 my 20s I do the thing and he's said no

14:05 man it's cool I do it from the front and

14:08 I'm okay he puts on the cffs from the

14:10 front I've never seen this before cool I

14:13 get put in the car and this whole

14:16 situation it wasn't just me there was

14:18 three other people who got braided and

14:20 swept up and were being investigated and

14:22 were recorded the whole thing these were

14:24 elderly people in the in the same same

14:27 flea market in the same flea market same

14:29 flea market the oldest guy was

14:31 88 the lady the person after that was a

14:34 lady in her 70s I think late '70s and

14:36 there was another lady in her late 60s

14:38 couple couple gangsters a bunch of

14:40 gangsters walking up in pop County jail

14:42 so he so they roped up all these people

14:45 so I'm being put in the police car next

14:48 to me the 88y old guy they bring him in

14:51 to him next to me and I'm just that's

14:53 when I first realized that wait a minute

14:55 this was a

14:57 coordinated raid where you hit multiple

14:59 spots at once like here how they do in

15:01 drugs right they know you got two stash

15:03 spots they're going to hit them both at

15:04 the same time so you can't react so

15:07 that's when I realized okay this is not

15:08 just about me you know it's just

15:10 multiple people they take us to jail we

15:12 get to

15:13 jail they couldn't get it they couldn't

15:16 get us booked in the jail because the

15:18 Chargers were not even available so it

15:20 was a lot of weird things that were

15:21 going on as I'm in the car and they're

15:23 waiting for the charges to come

15:25 available my cop that was driving tells

15:28 the other cop that had two other people

15:30 in the car he goes man it's a sad day to

15:32 be a cop and they were talking about

15:35 this whole thing we got elderly people

15:37 back here from the Flea Market vendors

15:39 so I another strange thing I've never

15:41 heard from law enforcement you know I

15:43 never thought they'd say that in front

15:44 of people who are in handcuffs behind

15:46 them right so they get us booked into

15:49 the jail I'm with the old folks I

15:52 unfortunately have been to jail before

15:53 back in the day in my 20s so I knew the

15:55 process it's not it was wasn't going to

15:57 be a surprise but I am telling these

15:59 older folks Hey listen it's going to be

16:02 okay guys you're going to get bonded out

16:04 your family will pay you know I'm sure

16:06 it's going to be a you'll be able to to

16:08 pay and get out of jail so we get booked

16:10 in I tell the booking people just like

16:14 you said earlier I'm like hey you guys

16:15 got the worst of the worst huh in here

16:17 tonight and then he they didn't find

16:19 that funny which was cool um but I was

16:21 pissed I was really mad when we're

16:24 getting booked in with these older folks

16:25 you know so anyways I end up getting my

16:28 my wife post my bond and the next

16:32 morning I'm

16:33 released he wants Con Bank of America

16:36 out of

16:38 $250,000 using nothing but a fake ID and

16:41 his charm he is the most interesting man

16:45 in the

16:47 world I don't typically commit crime but

16:49 when I do it's bank

16:52 fraud stay greedy my friends support the

16:56 channel join Matthew Cox's patreon I'm

16:59 released on a Sunday Sunday

17:01 morning I had to call out of work for

17:04 that Monday because I'm trying to figure

17:06 out what the hell is going

17:08 on so I call out of work I'm at home on

17:12 Monday morning the police took my cell

17:15 phone as part of the raid they weren't

17:18 supposed to take it but they took it you

17:19 know on accident they take the cell

17:22 phone so I have no cell phone I'm using

17:23 my wife cell phone in the backyard

17:25 looking for lawyers in po County hey

17:27 Tech crime who does internet crime you

17:30 know blah blah blah I'm looking for some

17:32 answers the call a text comes in to the

17:36 phone and it's somebody with my name

17:38 saying Louis and all caps is that you

17:41 what's going on and I'm looking it's

17:43 like this my wife's phone who the hell

17:44 could be texting for me right and it

17:46 turns out it was one of my co-workers

17:48 and they're like hey they sent me a link

17:50 after that text they're like you're on

17:52 TV right so and that's the gry judge

17:55 that's the first the first thing that

17:57 happened the first press conference um

18:00 there was only one but then it also went

18:01 to news and then the news began covering

18:03 it it went to radio went to Tik Tok it

18:05 went to Facebook do you have it the pop

18:08 County Sheriff's Office launching an

18:10 investigation into vendors here at the

18:12 international market World Flea Market

18:15 after getting a tip people were selling

18:16 illegal Fire Sticks but if you're just

18:19 here shopping on the weekend how do you

18:20 know what you're buying is legit well

18:22 the sheriff says if the higher price tag

18:25 doesn't tip you off the word jailbroken

18:27 should movies free TV free sports free

18:31 anything secret camera reportings true

18:34 it probably is and in this case it's

18:37 also a crime detectives the P oh my God

18:41 look at the old me and my old broken

18:45 Fire Sticks to undercover deputies at

18:47 the international market World Flea

18:49 Market over the weekend lorenda Marlene

18:52 Holm bong wuo leis Gabriel Vasquez and

18:57 Grace yarro use signs like like this to

18:59 lure people who may have thought they

19:01 were paying too much for cable even if

19:03 you buy a legal fire stick and go online

19:07 and figure out how to jailbreak it the

19:10 first time you download content you're

19:12 committing a crime this video taken by

19:15 detectives shows their encounter with

19:17 vendors trying to make a sale it's got

19:19 all the premium channels all held show

19:22 time ESN NFL ticket anything you Pi

19:25 detectives seizing as many as 36

19:28 jailbroken Fire Sticks in one

19:30 day a lot of these things oh yeah yeah

19:33 yeah yeah they're very popular but

19:35 there's a reason it's illegal and it

19:37 affects all of us the businesses have

19:39 got to make the profit margins so

19:42 they're going to charge enough to cover

19:45 this shrinkage or this

19:47 loss so at the end of the day we all pay

19:51 for the few people that

19:54 steal so get your torches and go to our

19:57 houses because we're the reason thatum

20:00 networ is Charing

20:05 50 Ching one so whoever's got a fire sck

20:09 at home throw it so what H so okay so

20:11 they they text you and said said this is

20:13 is it this is you you're

20:15 on you're on the news right or you're on

20:18 the press conference and people around

20:19 here know right in Florida you're not

20:21 too far from po County yeah that the

20:23 press conferences are a thing they

20:26 happen and if you're on it you're [ __ ]

20:28 because you're get dragged and it's

20:30 going to be long so I get the text

20:32 message hey you're on they send me the

20:34 thumbnail I see I know exactly what it

20:36 looks you know gry Jud things looks like

20:38 I'm

20:39 like it's over right like this my whole

20:42 life is going to change after this so

20:45 the ground I swear the ground started

20:46 spinning the whole thing you know the

20:48 Dizzy thing like you're about to have a

20:50 panic attack or whatever so I go back

20:53 inside the house and make sure all the

20:55 TVs were off all the inter my my my wife

20:59 wasn't on the computer I was just

21:00 expecting to walk in and see her on the

21:02 computer with the press conference plane

21:04 just Frozen right and thank God he

21:07 wasn't watching it hadn't been out it

21:09 hadn't got to our house yet and from

21:11 there it was like okay so what am I

21:14 going to do now cuz it doesn't matter if

21:15 you get a lawyer this is this is the

21:17 problem with the press conference thing

21:19 it doesn't matter what you do after that

21:21 you're you're you're screwed right so I

21:24 the next morning I wake up I go to work

21:26 as normal I still don't have cell phone

21:29 because they took my cell phone good

21:31 thing they actually did take my cell

21:32 phone cuz of course a lot of texts came

21:34 in and calls hey this this this is

21:35 happening now this is happening I get to

21:39 work it's I don't even get out of the

21:41 door I I pull up to my job Park I don't

21:44 even get out of the door before one of

21:47 my guys truck drivers I used to work

21:49 with truck drivers they came up one guy

21:52 comes up to my door and he's ready to

21:54 open my door for me and I'm like damn

21:56 this one dude here is like known as the

21:59 guy that spreads the rumors right so as

22:01 soon as I saw that was that he knows it

22:03 was over I get out of the door he's like

22:06 hey look man it's going to be okay I saw

22:09 what happened in this kind of thing

22:11 here's that 20 bucks I just in case I

22:13 don't see you on Friday it's like oh man

22:15 I feel so bad but damn this is good news

22:17 is this juicy you know he didn't say the

22:19 juicy part but this is what I'm thinking

22:22 so he as soon as he knew I knew it was

22:25 over then I I pass hey I to Sam hey Sam

22:30 it's it's cool it was a mistake I'm

22:31 going to take care of it don't worry

22:32 about it I don't I don't even want to

22:34 talk about it we're good so I pass him

22:37 getting into the door where my job is

22:39 there's like three or four other guys

22:40 right there and they're like hey man you

22:42 all right you know they knew and I go in

22:46 oh yeah I'm good clock in is normal like

22:48 nothing's change or whatever I clock in

22:51 I go to sit down at the desk where I

22:53 work and then I hear my manager like

22:55 this manager that you never see he's

22:57 remote so he shows up he always tells me

23:00 before he shows up this time he showed

23:01 up he was there he said hey Louis you

23:04 got a second we can we

23:06 talk so I'm like I'm I tell him I'm

23:10 nervous to talk to you cuz I they didn't

23:11 know you were coming but okay we went in

23:14 the office and talk right away he takes

23:16 his cell phone he's like bro what the

23:18 hell is this right he's like I I got a

23:20 call from corporate and mind you I had

23:23 just got arrested like less than 48

23:26 hours before that corporate wasn't it's

23:28 in New Hampshire mhm I just got a call

23:30 from corporate to you need to go write

23:32 down you need to talk to your guy so

23:34 he's like what is this I explained to

23:36 him listen man this was a mistake on

23:39 their end they this raid was I don't

23:41 even know what to say I don't have my

23:43 Discovery yet but I'm like this just

23:45 doesn't make sense nobody's ever been

23:46 arrested for this man Clay is his name I

23:49 was like clay nobody's ever been

23:50 arrested for this this doesn't make

23:52 sense he's like yeah man but it got the

23:54 corporate out of my hands I got to

23:56 suspend you so he tells me that and I

23:59 say okay well I mean I know I'm not

24:02 coming back from the suspension it's not

24:03 I'm going to suspend you it's you're

24:04 terminated but I'm just going to tell

24:05 you now you're suspended because and

24:07 it's not his fault it was corporate's

24:09 call so as we're talking he gets a phone

24:13 call he steps out of the room hey I'll

24:15 be right back he comes in maybe 30

24:17 seconds after he stepped out he's like

24:20 man I don't know if who you're praying

24:22 or what you were doing but it worked

24:24 corporate has held off on the suspension

24:27 you must have a fan up there or whatever

24:28 he tells me so somebody some up there in

24:31 New Hampshire said whoa whoa whoa like

24:33 this is something's not right don't you

24:35 know so but he does tell me hey but

24:37 you're going to be under investigation

24:38 here at work you know we're going to

24:39 check your laptops you're going to check

24:41 you Etc you're not do anything wrong

24:44 you're not do anything so what are you

24:45 right so I was like well and he also a

24:48 really great thing he tells me and I

24:49 really appreciate it to this day he's

24:51 like hey I'm not telling you this as

24:52 your manager I'm telling you this like

24:53 as a father would tell his son fight the

24:55 case if you're truly if you're truly

24:57 innocent fight it doesn't matter if it

24:59 takes all the money you have or if you

25:01 have to get loans or you go on the debt

25:03 fight the case so by the if you clay

25:06 ever watches this thank you clay I

25:07 appreciate that cuz that's what I did so

25:10 I left work and continued trying to live

25:13 life however the next day's press

25:16 conference nothing to do with Amazon

25:19 Fire Sticks nothing to do with streaming

25:21 it was a sex thing right and that's what

25:23 they're known for po po County they we

25:25 busted 100 prostitutes and 10 John and

25:28 whatever and these are just people on

25:30 the street doing drugs but you know they

25:31 get a press conference out of it so this

25:34 press conference nothing to do with me

25:35 I'm at home I get another text and it's

25:39 hey you're on the press conference again

25:42 so I begin watching it and at the end of

25:45 the press conference they have a

25:46 question and answer thing every time

25:48 question and answer start the First

25:50 Media person stands up it's a lady from

25:53 a local news station and she goes hey

25:56 we've been getting calls all day to our

25:58 state and emails saying that jailbroken

26:00 fire scks are not illegal and then the

26:02 sheriff responds right and he's like

26:05 well of course they're illegal just

26:07 here's a clue jail broken get it you

26:10 know how he that's how he breaks it down

26:12 that's po vernacular right it's jail

26:15 broken arrest jail yes so that's how it

26:19 goes so he's that's part of the reason

26:21 they were pushing the whole jailbroken

26:23 jailbroken from the very begin

26:25 jailbroken more than anybody more than

26:28 any hackers ever push jailbroken since

26:30 jail broken began you know in 1981 or

26:32 whatever so if you give it it's if you

26:33 get it so they don't look like a

26:35 prostitution that or they don't call it

26:37 prostitution anymore now it's like human

26:38 trafficking traff everything is you know

26:42 is they throw terrorist in front of

26:43 anything they can throw it in front of

26:44 so it sounds twice as bad you get get

26:47 all twice as much time exactly you're

26:49 exactly right just like human he's a

26:51 domestic terrorist right ex fck did I do

26:54 I said I I have a sign that says [ __ ]

26:57 the government I don't understand man

26:58 well now you have to go to jail go ahead

27:00 no you're absolutely right that's what

27:01 that was it's that same human

27:03 trafficking slavery you know this thing

27:05 like get you like hey this guy is the

27:07 worst that there is right jail broken

27:09 he's the reason you're paying $350 a

27:11 month to Spectrum and disw because if

27:13 all fraud was was eliminated they would

27:15 they Spectrum would immediately drop it

27:17 down to

27:18 $12 exactly cuz they're in it to help us

27:21 yeah right and they you know all the

27:23 corporations are are looking out for the

27:25 people yes they are and they're also

27:26 corporations are also people too so it's

27:28 a whole thing people helping people

27:30 facts so I get I get this text I watch

27:34 the thing so I've never had a panic

27:36 attack before right before this day and

27:39 I I watch this thing and I'm thinking I

27:42 don't know what the thing because he

27:43 shut down the media like the lady that

27:46 got up and asked this question it was a

27:47 legit question she was not lying they

27:49 were calling her station and he shuts

27:52 her down you know he he goes on jail

27:54 broken saying this whole thing and then

27:55 he embarrasses her the media person

27:58 there to all the other media people and

28:00 you can tell she was embarrassed cuz her

28:02 answer was like oh okay and she sat down

28:04 and and the other people started

28:05 laughing around her so after I saw that

28:09 right away my teeth start shattering I

28:11 start like doing this thing that I've

28:13 never exper I'm like the hell I have

28:14 hypothermia like this is weird and I

28:17 actually end up having a panic attack

28:18 first time ever and I go outside and

28:21 breathing doing Navy SEAL techniques

28:23 Breathe In Breathe Out 5sec Hold the

28:25 whole thing and it worked but I realized

28:28 the reason I had that panic attack is

28:30 because if somebody has so much power

28:32 that they can shut down the media from

28:34 asking questions right I have no shot I

28:37 have no no chance of getting a fair

28:38 trial no chance of having a jury of my

28:41 peers or whatever the jury's already

28:43 poisoned right so that right there told

28:46 me you know there's no I got problems

28:49 so we we go from there the news coverage

28:54 started it went to local news and the

28:55 News were were paring I mean word for

28:58 word you know you saw it on that on that

29:00 thing you C judge told him to say what

29:02 the it's like the US attorney will come

29:04 out with us attorneys will come out with

29:06 a a press release and they put it out

29:08 and then the newspapers essentially

29:10 barely even rewrite what the US attorney

29:13 said and then they put in the newspaper

29:15 and then that goes from this newspaper

29:16 to this new then it's the Associated

29:17 Press next thing you know it's in the

29:19 you know Tampa Tribune and this and that

29:20 it's like what he wrote a press release

29:22 you guys just rewrote it so it makes it

29:24 look like you did the reporting but you

29:27 didn't do the reporting at all

29:28 you know you might have made one phone

29:30 call but that's it you're just basically

29:32 they're just putting out what they want

29:33 and everybody just follows suit right

29:36 it's cheaper that way it is cheaper it's

29:38 cheaper that way and I'll tell you what

29:40 Grady Jud I'm I respect Grady Jud to

29:42 this day I live in P County to this day

29:45 right and before this I love Grady J I

29:48 mean because a guy he does things going

29:50 after child Predators going after you

29:52 know he does a lot of stuff looking out

29:54 for kids and we have two little kids at

29:56 home my wife and I have two boys at home

29:58 so we appreciate that and especially

30:00 when he said I don't know if you

30:01 remember this but it was during the

30:02 Hurricanes no I'm sorry it was during

30:04 recent riots that were going on and he

30:07 does a press conference for that he's

30:08 like hey if you come to P County riding

30:11 and breaking windows and all that my

30:13 residents have guns I encourage them to

30:15 hold guns load your guns and they're

30:17 going to use the guns so don't come over

30:19 here messing around and breaking [ __ ]

30:21 right we appreciate that yeah yeah right

30:24 we live there we love that kind of stuff

30:26 my issue was with this particular case

30:29 right and what came out later because

30:31 there's there's more that came out um

30:34 anyway the news coverage

30:36 starts I just continue trying to trying

30:38 to live go to work and look for lawy did

30:41 you get a lawyer I was going to say okay

30:42 yeah I end up getting a lawyer found a

30:44 lawyer that has that deals with somewhat

30:47 Tech stuff even then it was I mean it

30:49 was yeah that's that's so hard to find

30:52 especially in po County cuz I was

30:54 looking at lawyers in Orlando Tampa

30:56 nearby large towns there's a little

30:58 issue with that though is that PO County

31:01 sometimes beefs with these with these

31:03 cities right so when they'll have a

31:05 press conference they'll say well in

31:06 Orlando they let all this stuff go and

31:08 Tampa you know so there there's ongoing

31:10 thing that that the office the sheriff's

31:13 office has with these outside cities so

31:14 I kept it in P county found the best

31:17 person I could find uh this person was a

31:19 former prosecutor and this whole thing

31:21 and they're they've been in P County a

31:22 while so I call the lawyer I get not the

31:26 person I'm looking for Who is the

31:28 picture or the name I get somebody that

31:30 just you know kind of started there um

31:33 but the way I saw it I like okay they

31:34 just left the prosecutor's office in po

31:37 County they should have you know friends

31:39 there they can talk and find out what

31:41 the hell is going on so I get this

31:43 lawyer at the first conversation she's

31:46 like I I I say ma'am I don't know if

31:48 you've ever seen this before like what

31:50 kind of History what do you what what

31:52 have you had that's similar to this and

31:54 how did it work out and she's like well

31:57 I've never seen this before for Fire

31:59 Sticks but I had this I had a guy who

32:01 was selling fake contacts Etc blah blah

32:03 blah nothing to do with streaming or

32:05 Tech so she goes but what you need to

32:08 know is that you're facing 5 years in

32:10 prison you're have you ever been

32:12 arrested yes I've been arrested back in

32:14 the day yes I had a couple misdem metor

32:15 convictions well that's going to play a

32:17 factor misdem metor convictions is going

32:19 to play a factor yeah that's what you

32:21 told that's it's going to play a factor

32:23 and so and she's giving me the scare

32:25 thing right right I'm already scared

32:28 she okay so I said so what how would we

32:31 approach this like how would you speak

32:32 to whatever your friends over there and

32:35 she goes well I mean we humanize you to

32:37 the

32:38 judge I'm just thinking like you're

32:41 sounds like throwing me on the mercy of

32:43 the court for something I haven't really

32:45 done right right and and explaining a

32:48 law that the law they charge me with is

32:51 and let me get into that the law they

32:52 charge me with is a Florida law okay

32:55 this is only ever Federal this first

32:57 time a state has used a law that they

32:59 have to make it fit whatever the law is

33:02 called intercepting Communications from

33:05 a provider right so essentially they're

33:07 saying that the fire stick device can

33:10 hack into Spectrum or dish or these

33:13 other cable providers and get the full

33:14 list of you know things all the channels

33:17 you get the the you know what's the

33:18 thing that goes up and down the

33:19 scrolling thing oh you get everything

33:22 right yeah the listings or whatever the

33:24 listings and it says what time things

33:25 are coming on like exactly the same

33:27 thing you get if you pay these providers

33:29 that's what you get from this device

33:31 that you're selling so that charge is a

33:35 misdemeanor it's a misdemeanor however

33:37 if you are selling these devices like he

33:40 says in the conference if you're selling

33:42 these devices for commercial gain and

33:45 you're also doing it with the knowledge

33:47 of that you're defrauding a a cable

33:50 company so let's say it's Dish Network

33:52 I'm let's say I'm at my booth hey

33:53 somebody comes up yeah I want some Dish

33:55 Network channels okay cool here just do

33:57 this you're going to hack directly in

33:58 the dish and we're going to get dish

34:00 like we're doing it to Def frud Dish

34:02 Network you have to be in those

34:04 parameters to break this law now and

34:07 then then it becomes a felony from Mis

34:09 meter to

34:10 felony so they're saying that the fire

34:12 sck device is acted in this way which is

34:15 impossible they do have devices that

34:16 people use that they're sold sometimes

34:18 at flea markets or maybe other places

34:20 that do log into dish and they're called

34:22 like pass keys they get you these pass

34:25 Keys you put it on your box that you buy

34:27 and and it directly hacks into the thing

34:29 now you're you know committing a

34:30 misdemeanor or whatever anyways this law

34:33 hadn't been used I don't know how long I

34:35 don't think it's ever been used cuz I

34:36 wrote a book about this whole ordeal

34:39 I've been researching everything there

34:40 is to about this law and have not found

34:42 one one person that's ever been arrested

34:44 for it so I get hit with this

34:47 charge get the lawyer the lawyer

34:50 starting the case or whatever and just I

34:54 continued going from there

34:58 okay I mean what she does she I mean

35:01 does she understand that you're is

35:04 you're going to trial or is she trying

35:06 to get you to just like hey just take a

35:07 plea if I can get this down to a

35:09 misdemeanor take a plea or can I I can

35:11 get you probation take a take a plea you

35:13 know CU it doesn't sound like she's got

35:16 a great strategy so far of let's just

35:18 humanize you it doesn't seem like a

35:21 strategy to me right so hope is not a

35:23 strategy hope is not a strategy so it

35:25 seemed right away it was like okay we're

35:27 going to try to plea deal or whatever I

35:30 told her not on the very first call I

35:32 wanted to get somebody on the case but

35:34 on the second call we had maybe two

35:36 weeks later we had the same kind of hey

35:38 give me all the charges you've been

35:39 arrested with before everything you've

35:40 been convicted with before so I can see

35:43 how would play a factor blah blah blah

35:45 and then I tell her at the end say I

35:47 want to take this to trial like I don't

35:49 have the money to take it to trial

35:50 because it's another I paid 25 maybe

35:53 3,000 for the lawyer right and then it

35:54 cost another three grand or four grand

35:56 to start trial I had to borrow the first

35:59 money and I was already in debt

36:00 borrowing that money to get the lawyer

36:02 but I told her I'll find a way but I

36:04 want to go to trial because I'm

36:06 researching myself I cannot find

36:08 anywhere where this has happened before

36:09 this is not correct I didn't have my

36:12 Discovery evidence yet had I had it it

36:14 would have been more information for me

36:16 so she goes all right yeah if you're if

36:19 you're sure then I'll keep doing the

36:20 thing whatever another maybe month pass

36:24 after that that's we decided hey we're

36:26 going to go to trial

36:28 and it didn't seem like she was going to

36:30 get all the information because it's

36:31 just hard to find it's hard to find

36:33 anywhere where this has happened it's

36:35 it's really federal law so if you're if

36:37 you're making copies of something right

36:40 if you're slinging DVDs on on us7 in

36:44 Davenport Florida to people at 7-Eleven

36:46 it's pretty obvious yeah it's obvious

36:48 that this is a this is the movie such

36:52 and such and you've downloaded and

36:53 copied onto a CD and so it's obvious I

36:55 I've stole it this you're just giving

36:56 people access to something well yeah

36:58 it's obvious you stole it and you have a

37:00 downloaded copy and that's Federal

37:02 copyright law so the feds have to come

37:04 after you these people on the street

37:05 selling CDs or whatever to sue you to

37:09 get you sued civil by the companies or

37:11 whatever or to hit you with some sort of

37:12 a charge uh some sort of felony charge

37:15 being that this is streaming and not

37:18 you're not holding any physical copies

37:19 and also we're not hacking into any

37:21 systems um it's very treated completely

37:24 different you know um so during this

37:27 time on that same note two days after I

37:32 get out of jail a I don't know if you

37:34 remember this but the co bill from 2020

37:36 it was late 2020 around Christmas they

37:39 passed the emergency covid relief bill

37:41 and it

37:42 was called the covid-19 care package

37:46 they gave us some sort of like a 1400

37:48 bucks or 1,200 bucks something like that

37:49 yeah something like that they G us a

37:50 little a little thing within that pack

37:53 that was the biggest bill ever passed in

37:55 history it's 5,000 plus pages and write

37:57 about this in the book it's over 5,000

38:00 Pages biggest bill ever passed in that

38:02 Co legislation there was a bunch of

38:04 other stuff thrown in there too that had

38:05 nothing to do with Co one of them was

38:07 like horse racing Integrity act another

38:10 one was like you know tax breaks for

38:12 corporations just random stuff right one

38:16 thing that was in the middle of that

38:17 package was called the protect

38:18 protecting lawful streaming act where

38:21 it's the feds now and this is currently

38:23 the law now before 2020 if you if you

38:27 are running entire servers I'm talking

38:30 about like the size of your house

38:31 servers computers apps like giving you

38:34 access to the world Pay-Per-View fights

38:36 UFC like you know NFL ticket NBA

38:39 everything if you're running those

38:41 things and you get busted to misdemeanor

38:43 that's what it was before 2020 this Co

38:46 bill made that a felony now if you're

38:48 like the criminal the top criminal doing

38:50 this or whatever so this thing gets

38:53 passed but you were arrested prior I was

38:56 arrested two days prior to it being

38:58 passed so they'll I don't think I had

39:02 anything what are we talking about yeah

39:03 I mean I don't think I it was just weird

39:05 that that whole thing happened because

39:08 had I been arrested under that it would

39:09 have been a misor and even if I got

39:11 arrested on the next one it would have

39:12 been the same the same

39:15 felony so time goes on the lawyer things

39:19 are not going good with the lawyer I

39:20 mean she seems busy she's got stuff

39:22 going on she got other clients I'm

39:23 calling I'm getting the pargal and you

39:26 know so it's not going that good I'm

39:28 doing my own

39:29 research the news is coverage is kind of

39:32 slowing down but then it gets put on

39:34 Facebook and then it gets put on Tik Tok

39:36 and then it gets so it just keeps going

39:38 like it never really ends and gives you

39:40 a break to figure out what you're going

39:41 to do you get in touch with these these

39:44 other Arch criminals the old guy the old

39:47 people you ever talk to them and say

39:49 let's pull our resources and get a real

39:51 lawyer that's a that's a really good

39:53 question of course they're all selling

39:55 stuff at the fle market

39:57 doing the same thing were they selling

39:59 something similar they yeah they were

40:00 selling essentially the same thing uh

40:02 Amazon Fire Sticks I mean they were

40:04 selling some of the older sticks maybe

40:05 fire stick lights while I was doing fire

40:07 stick 4ks but essentially the same so

40:10 the 88y old

40:11 guy it went he went on he went on

40:15 YouTube and figured out how to reprogram

40:17 me he must have been a genius I mean I

40:19 don't at 88 like you know that's pretty

40:23 like he must he's like he's the original

40:25 hacker he's the original hacker he he

40:27 remembers when he remembers when

40:29 computers were aaces you know the you

40:32 know auses oh my god do any of you know

40:35 what an abacus is a Backus no for God's

40:38 sakes it's a it's so it's a wooden

40:40 device where you can count numbers with

40:42 it's like it's like the Chinese used it

40:44 they used it that was like there was

40:45 joke like that was the original

40:48 computer all right yeah no my my wit is

40:52 is is wasted on you guys anyway but your

40:55 point is right spot on because during a

40:58 press conference the 88y old man though

41:00 so he's like the OG like you're saying

41:02 of the game he's like George Hots George

41:04 Hots I I blamed it on him yeah he's

41:07 running the whole

41:09 thing yeah no he's like the OG of this

41:12 thing right because George Hots I don't

41:14 know if you heard of him but he's the

41:15 first guy to jailbreak anything right

41:18 this was in early 2000s Jo jail broke an

41:21 iPhone a device that's actually locked

41:23 that you actually do have to jailbreak

41:25 an iPhone he's the first guy so that's

41:27 during the press conference Jud was like

41:30 this 80 the 88y old guy he's like oh

41:32 this gentleman he must have been really

41:34 good with whatever he was doing cuz he

41:35 was jailbreaking them and he was buying

41:37 them from other places he was moving

41:40 jud's favorite character in this whole

41:42 Saga that I wrote about and and Liv

41:44 through it is the old the elderly lady

41:46 she was like 77 she would sell candles

41:49 so her thing was she had a candle store

41:51 and then she also had Fire Sticks as

41:53 people were coming in to buy candles

41:54 they might buy a fire stick she had her

41:56 TV on and stuff like that so he goes and

41:59 this lady she's the most techsavvy of

42:01 the

42:02 group her name is blah blah blah and

42:05 she'll not get you just candles and more

42:07 but you'll leave with a fire stick and

42:09 it's jail

42:10 broke so she he she she got a bad she

42:13 was a tech ABY of the group blah blah

42:14 blah me when it came to my part it was

42:17 just like ah this guy yeah he's got

42:18 arrest for driving on a suspended

42:20 license he's got open warrants or he's I

42:24 think he said warrants but made it seem

42:25 like it's open like physical warrants

42:27 now right this is from 10 years ago he

42:30 told he lied to a law enforcement

42:31 officer back in the day blah blah blah

42:33 he sold his fire six for that much and

42:35 this and then the the third the fourth

42:37 lady she sold custom cups so you go get

42:40 your your coffee mug right there get

42:42 your name Matt [ __ ] boom boom boom

42:44 you're good but then you might leave

42:46 with a fire stick inside the cup right

42:47 and now you got access to she she's they

42:50 call them pushers the push the pushers

42:53 first one's free first one's free first

42:55 one's free so he had a day with the and

42:58 he's pretty good at it not going to lie

43:00 so we're talking about the press

43:01 conferences right we get our names out

43:03 there our stories and our background

43:06 here's the thing with press conferences

43:07 right so police are allowed to do press

43:10 conferences I researched that too they

43:12 they can talk about it they can talk

43:14 about what they found what the

43:15 investigation discovered Etc but what

43:18 they can't do is give prejudicial

43:21 statements which is basically just

43:23 saying yeah this guy and you know just

43:26 talking [ __ ] about you which is he's

43:29 guilty of this he's guilty like you

43:31 don't know that I'm guilty of anything

43:32 you just know you just know you came to

43:34 my house and I had a lab you know right

43:38 right we Amer we're American right we

43:40 have the presumption of innocence you

43:42 have to prove in court that we're guilty

43:44 turns out I could have had that house

43:45 rented to somebody I haven't been in the

43:47 house for six months so I don't have a

43:49 lab he's got a lab so right go ahe Y no

43:52 you're absolutely right and with that

43:54 whole thing you can't go on a press

43:56 conference and say

43:57 well this guy's background was this and

43:59 he got in trouble for that because now

44:00 you're tainting the jury right right

44:03 right right so it I just wanted to

44:05 mention that part where I feel and I

44:06 talk about in the book too is it's a

44:08 violation not just of mine this press

44:09 conference has been going on for a while

44:11 for different things but for sure for

44:12 mines and those other three people right

44:15 because this is not a sex thing this is

44:16 not a a child thing this is not an

44:19 assault it's not a crime even if you

44:21 somebody right in anywhere let's say po

44:24 County somebody gets or something they

44:26 don't usually get press conferences it's

44:28 it's just one guy another guy so you're

44:31 going to court as a accused killer

44:33 you're going to fight your case as a

44:35 private person you can't do that once

44:37 you get on the press conference so I

44:38 feel it's a violation of the Sixth

44:40 Amendment which is the right to a fair

44:43 trial and the right to an impartial jury

44:45 once you put that information out there

44:47 that's that's over also I feel that our

44:50 fourth amendment rights were violated

44:52 because they got search and seizure

44:54 warrants

44:56 over the word of a concerned citizen

44:59 right that came to the police and said

45:01 yeah they're doing something legal I

45:02 don't know you go check it out so they

45:05 get search and seizure warrants I think

45:06 it was based on false information who

45:09 who was the concerned citizen so the

45:12 concerned citizen was never never

45:15 discovered it doesn't seem right either

45:16 cuz I'm I'm based on the Constitution

45:18 I'm allowed to confront my exactly

45:20 accusers you're exactly right I'm

45:22 allowed to confront my accusers so when

45:24 I got my Discovery evidence that's where

45:26 I real saw like it was by the time I got

45:28 my Discovery it was too late I had

45:30 already did a deal with them to get the

45:32 charge dismissed and it wasn't a a deal

45:35 that I came up with it was they're like

45:37 okay listen you know if you want to get

45:38 it dismissed you got to do this you got

45:40 to pay us I'll get to that part but once

45:43 I got I did talk to them about that they

45:45 gave me the discovery 30 days later

45:47 whatever it was I'm looking through it I

45:49 don't see any concerned citizens I'm

45:51 looking for the concerned citizen like

45:52 who okay did somebody how'd this start

45:54 yeah how'd this start somebody go and

45:56 say that I they charged too much for a

45:58 fire stick or what was it because when I

46:00 was selling reselling the Fire Sticks I

46:02 had great people like most of them were

46:04 older there were some young people there

46:06 there's a mix of everybody and they love

46:08 they love me there like they would bring

46:10 me cake they bring me just stuff you

46:12 know because I helped them cut their

46:14 bill of hundreds of dollars and these

46:16 people have to they have medicine they

46:18 have bills to pay like they're getting

46:20 killed just to watch one or two channels

46:22 but they have to pay for 500 of them

46:24 right so I was very popular there love

46:27 me for that so I'm like who what what

46:29 happened here I checked the discovery

46:31 there's no concerned citizen like was

46:32 put on TV the only thing that I found

46:36 was that somebody there was a person

46:39 that went to law enforcement and said

46:41 this is instead of what was said on TV

46:44 that was oh they're doing something

46:45 wrong I said go check it out it's a

46:47 little more detailed than that this

46:49 person went to the Sheriff's office or

46:51 whatever and said hey vendors at this

46:53 International Market world are selling

46:57 access to TV without written Express

46:59 authorization of the cable

47:00 communications provider blah blah I mean

47:03 perfect to the law just look what the

47:05 law says it's amazing it's amazing we

47:06 need to talk to that guy I think he's a

47:09 lawyer you know the guy knows the law or

47:11 maybe just somebody that doesn't exist

47:12 at all you know that's right that's

47:15 that's very very likely so in the book I

47:17 talk about that part but specifically

47:20 they did mention his name and it turns

47:22 out he actually worked for a cable

47:25 company oh okay so somebody I don't know

47:27 if it they don't say that he's the

47:28 concerned citizen but they say that

47:31 citizen said this and my Discovery says

47:33 this guy said you know it it kind of

47:36 ties together this guy said something

47:39 similar so that's what turned out in the

47:42 whole case is it wasn't just hey these

47:45 guys are selling free TV it's the cable

47:49 company

47:50 is the cable company is creating writing

47:54 statements going on record making

47:57 recorded statements yeah sure enough fir

48:00 that's what got them the arrest and

48:01 search

48:02 warrants the fact that somebody from the

48:04 C company came down and said yep hey

48:06 what they're doing is illegal this is

48:09 you know Etc and with that they took us

48:11 to jail from there so they didn't look

48:14 up the specific laws or anything they

48:16 didn't right nobody no the judge I guess

48:18 didn't because you have to go to a judge

48:19 right like to get a search warrant and

48:21 and and an arrest warrant you have to

48:23 have probable calls and I nobody looked

48:25 at it no nobody looked at it they just

48:27 took this guy's word well then they sent

48:29 down people to buy from you correct to

48:32 prove that you were selling them which I

48:33 was correct but what I'm selling is an

48:35 illegal right okay right so that that's

48:38 what I think that's who the concerned

48:41 citizen may have been with that

48:42 information I was already you know sort

48:44 of wrapping up with with the law so I

48:47 wasn't able to I wasn't able to really

48:49 use it what are you saying wrapping up

48:51 like was your lawyer talking to them

48:52 like what's so my lawyer was talking to

48:54 them my lawyer weren't K to court for me

48:57 so I could continue working every day I

48:59 stopped going to the flea market I was

49:01 just going on the weekends and I work my

49:02 regular 9 to5 you know 50 60 hours at

49:05 work Monday through Friday so she was

49:07 going to court for me she would I call

49:10 her when she gets back from court and

49:12 see what happened oh no we're just

49:13 talking you know it's she goes to my

49:15 arment Etc and it keeps going from there

49:18 um I got in contact with people from the

49:22 Electronic Frontier Foundation which is

49:24 internet group that watches these kind

49:26 of sit situations and helps you out pro

49:28 bono and the whole thing um and they

49:31 were willing to help but they needed my

49:32 lawyer to say it's okay like for them to

49:34 come in and work together my lawyer

49:36 wasn't really with that

49:39 so we she comes to me one day the lawyer

49:42 with a deal and she goes hey so got

49:45 great news for you

49:47 Louis remember that whole felony thing

49:49 forget about it we'll get you a a

49:51 misdemeanor or whatever however she said

49:53 it she's like okay so if you're willing

49:55 to take this misdemeanor of

49:59 attempted fraud of cable provider thing

50:03 Florida law then they will you're good

50:06 you'll take that you'll do some you

50:08 won't do jail essentially you won't do

50:10 jail but you're going to shitload of

50:11 community service probation the whatever

50:13 okay if you take that then at least you

50:15 don't have to lose everything so I I

50:18 tell her yeah but I'm going to lose my

50:19 job like I have to beat this case

50:22 because if I go with a misdemeanor they

50:24 told me specifically like you're under

50:26 investigation you're not just like back

50:27 to normal you have to beat this or you

50:30 have to get it dismissed or you're going

50:31 to lose your job so I told her no it's

50:34 that and it's also the principal like I

50:35 I know I want to take it to trial I'm

50:37 still working on getting the money for

50:38 trial don't have it but I want to I

50:40 don't want to take a deal she's like you

50:43 sure are you sure you know cuz this I

50:45 got to give an ansers to the DA by today

50:47 blah blah blah I tell her no and she

50:49 goes and and tells them that I'm not

50:51 going to take that that deal what about

50:53 the guy at work that told you to no

50:56 matter matter what if you're innocent to

50:57 fight it did why don't you just go to

51:00 him and say you know what that's a great

51:02 that's a great idea and I'm so glad you

51:04 said I'm sticking with it I need to

51:05 borrow $10,000 no doubt no doubt I want

51:08 to stand on my principles I want you to

51:10 stand on yours do you have a credit card

51:13 available you know I mean that seems

51:14 only fair following your advice Rick or

51:18 whatever his name was definitely I mean

51:20 that would have been good that would

51:21 have been good man that would on your

51:23 side that's you should have called me I

51:25 called Rick it's his idea not to take

51:27 the Fon or not to take the misemer go

51:29 ahead sorry go ahead yeah I know but

51:31 that's that would have been great that

51:32 would have helped but during that time

51:34 you know I was just going back and forth

51:35 the lawyer the whole term jailbroken

51:38 right doesn't apply to any Android

51:40 devices they're they're completely

51:41 unlocked it applies to an iPhone if you

51:44 want a jailbreak to add stuff and that's

51:46 legal even if you jailbreak an iPhone

51:47 that's still legal you're not doing

51:48 anything illegal if you jailbreak a

51:51 where it becomes illegal if you

51:52 jailbreak a gaming device Xbox

51:54 PlayStation 5 and you're down you're

51:57 playing downloaded games that are

51:58 pirated that's been illegal forever

52:00 right my thing is that the whole term of

52:04 jailbreaking being in a great area for

52:06 streaming is fake it's fake news this is

52:08 what they've been telling us for years

52:10 so we continue paying the hundreds of

52:11 dollars a month for cable when they in

52:15 2010 Sony and apple tried to sue people

52:20 for jailbreaking their phones right and

52:22 they said we're not going to you're

52:24 going to get sued essentially they're Su

52:26 they're threatening the S people okay

52:27 well that's not criminal that's civil

52:30 that's still civil yeah it's still civil

52:32 but people took that to I want to say if

52:34 it was a supreme court at some point the

52:36 Library of Congress got involved maybe

52:38 when they went the Supreme Court and

52:39 said that jailbreaking an actual Apple

52:42 device is completely legal and since

52:45 then it's been legal that's 20 2010 so

52:49 even before that the Android devices

52:51 were you know were completely

52:53 legit so it it's my aimation that that

52:57 that's just a scare tactic used to get

52:59 us to continue you know not using new

53:02 devices and continuously paying bills

53:05 for this thing right there's nothing on

53:09 the books that says this is illegal but

53:12 there's nothing on the books that say

53:13 it's necessarily legal corre you can

53:15 find similar devices that that that that

53:19 has it has already been determined that

53:20 it's legal to to whatever alter or all

53:26 them to be have things downloaded for

53:29 Androids it's open for Apple it's still

53:32 open although you do have to

53:34 actually alter the programming to allow

53:37 for downloads right and for certain

53:39 things that are completely locked off

53:41 like certain games because you can make

53:43 money on games you can gain things like

53:44 you can do things like that in certain

53:46 games they're absolutely you're not

53:48 allowed to alter anything within the

53:49 game or allowed downloads or change it

53:51 in any way and all of those have been

53:53 determined but there's no real

53:54 determination at this point for fire

53:56 sticks but the government but they're

53:58 saying but they keep using the term

53:59 jailbreak jailbreak jailbreak right and

54:01 as a result of that they're saying well

54:03 if we call it something that sounds

54:06 nefarious then we can make it appear

54:09 that it's illegal and that's essentially

54:12 where you were at and you said I want to

54:13 go to trial on this and your lawyer of

54:15 course is saying you gave me three grand

54:18 yeah like I'm not going to trial for

54:20 three grand so she's wanting some money

54:22 and even then it doesn't sound like her

54:24 heart's in in it anyway yeah yeah um

54:28 yeah I probably had a better attorney

54:29 for you yeah for sure I would yeah where

54:32 his heart's into everything he's

54:33 probably going to go under eventually

54:34 they the ones that are really passionate

54:36 and will fight for you they claim

54:39 bankruptcy cuz yeah passion doesn't pay

54:42 but yeah so so you're trying to put it

54:44 together you're trying to go to her and

54:46 explain the whole thing she's trying to

54:47 get you to take a a misdemeanor right

54:49 she's trying to get you to go away I

54:51 need you to go away at this point so I'm

54:54 sure she's a wonderful person to but

54:57 nothing against her yeah but you know

54:59 she's yeah she's not passionate about

55:01 the law or this case at least so what so

55:04 you can't figure it you you're you're

55:06 having a hard time just finding in

55:07 there's nothing Rock Solid out there

55:09 there's nothing rocksolid out there

55:11 there is the Electronic Frontier

55:12 Foundation which helps people probone or

55:15 that kind of thing and what are they

55:16 saying are they saying that this is

55:17 perfectly legal yes but they don't have

55:19 but they don't actually have case law to

55:20 prove it right so they don't have a case

55:23 that went through that where a judge

55:25 said this is legal right right so they

55:27 don't have that they're saying it's

55:28 legal but they don't have case law right

55:31 they don't have case law no one's ever

55:32 been arrested in the United States of

55:34 America as far as I'm aware for this so

55:36 there's nothing to reference there's

55:38 people that have been sued um like if

55:40 you go back to Napster do you remember

55:41 the Napster days probably early 2010 or

55:43 earlier than that 2000s 99 right so

55:46 during that time they were same thing

55:48 except it was for music and suing people

55:50 for downloading on Napster and Kaza and

55:53 these kind of places and similar to The

55:56 Reason not bring up Nas cuz it it ties

55:57 to this similar to the Napster days they

56:00 were going after what they call major

56:02 violators right people that were

56:04 downloading a bunch of music or whatever

56:06 so but you were downloading stuff you

56:08 were downloading stuff so yeah that's

56:10 harder physical copy you're just giving

56:12 them access to something that's already

56:14 available correct correct okay yeah

56:15 you're downloading stuff there so that's

56:17 harder to to to fight but even then they

56:20 can only sue them they could there was

56:21 no like criminal case law there's

56:23 nothing they could reference right so

56:25 they were suing people back there for

56:26 being my major violators but as an aside

56:29 a lot of them were kids seniors like I

56:32 talk about talk about it in the book

56:33 there's a 12-year-old girl that was

56:35 called a major the first person to get

56:37 sued her mom opens the door there's a

56:39 guy suing or sorry giving her paperwork

56:42 hey your daughter's being sued by the

56:43 record industry of America for this many

56:46 thousands because her computer was up

56:48 and it it was being uploaded music was

56:50 being uploaded and there's other people

56:52 like seniors who were called you know by

56:54 news reporters back then Hey how does it

56:56 feel to be a major violator so this kind

56:59 of thing the way I see it is the music

57:01 industry did it then the movie industry

57:03 has done that to every five years or so

57:06 they'll push some kind of big campaign

57:08 hey we're going to get the worst of the

57:10 worst and every time it's seniors it's

57:13 you know people that are normal

57:15 Americans these aren't what about all

57:17 the other groups that are actually doing

57:18 this as you know a business selling it

57:20 these other you know actual criminal

57:22 groups they don't ever go after them but

57:24 there is no criminal thing to tied to it

57:27 so my lawyer you know I don't know if

57:29 she there was nothing it was hard for

57:31 her to so I get it anyways I contacted

57:33 the Electronic Frontier Foundation

57:35 quickly told them hey here's some links

57:38 here's the news here's this here's this

57:39 this is what's happening I'm looking for

57:42 anybody that knows like what to do here

57:45 they did eventually respond it was the

57:47 holiday season so it took a while they

57:48 responded hey we're so sorry for what's

57:50 happening yeah this is completely wrong

57:53 we're we're willing to help but your

57:54 lawyer has to accept it because you know

57:57 you've already got representation so

58:00 that didn't really help but at least it

58:01 gave me a little bit of hope that hey

58:03 yeah this is this is wrong this is not

58:05 just me thinking that you know I read

58:07 case law before knew Fire Sticks were

58:09 completely legal mhm um this was other

58:13 people saying the same thing that do

58:14 this for a living So eventually the case

58:19 the case did get dismiss

58:21 so so she came to me with that deal

58:23 about the misdemeanor I said no a couple

58:26 weeks later she calls and I'm at work

58:29 one of my with one of my truck drivers

58:31 she calls I pick up and I see I hear

58:33 that's her I leave work I'm like hey I

58:36 got to I got to go take a lunch break

58:37 now so I talk to her on the phone and

58:40 she goes hey all right Louis that was a

58:42 good call so I got a better just a

58:45 better thing going on now so if you're

58:47 willing to pay them for the money they

58:51 spent investigating you for those three

58:54 months if you're willing to pay that

58:56 back and do some community service then

59:00 they'd be willing to dismiss the charges

59:04 and I'm like so no do I have to pay the

59:07 money do you have to pay the money up

59:08 front up front I I was going to say

59:11 dismiss the charges and I'll send you a

59:14 check I got you yeah they were like hey

59:17 I got gry jud's yard you got to come to

59:20 the police station you have to mow Mo P

59:23 yeah exactly have to you have to mow the

59:25 the the um sheriff station yard so what

59:30 yeah I mean it was it random I don't

59:32 know if this has ever happened either

59:34 it's like yeah just pay us back how much

59:36 was it what are they saying it wasn't

59:38 nothing crazy but it was up to I think I

59:40 paid $600 for you know to me that was a

59:42 huge amount especially back in 2020 so

59:45 it was maybe 600 bucks or something like

59:47 that and it was for each time they came

59:49 out for the cameras in the hours because

59:52 this didn't just involve one guy or two

59:54 guys these were detectives from multiple

59:56 divisions within the sheriff's

59:57 department so there was Homeland like a

59:59 guy from Homeland a guy from Vice a guy

1:00:02 from narcotics you know a guy from these

1:00:05 random you know whatever divisions you

1:00:07 call the other people and say let's all

1:00:09 pitch in let's all pitch in 150 bucks we

1:00:11 got this done we're done right now is

1:00:14 the 88 year old guy still alive because

1:00:17 we got to get the money out of him

1:00:18 immediately yeah he's going to get lucky

1:00:21 and get out of this yeah yeah I I think

1:00:23 he's still around I haven't the thing is

1:00:24 I don't know what happened to them to a

1:00:26 big extent cuz I left the market I did

1:00:29 go back one more time and talk to

1:00:31 whoever was there the 88y old guy was

1:00:33 one and I'm like hey man listen what's

1:00:35 happening is [ __ ] like you know

1:00:38 don't just take a deal don't you and he

1:00:40 didn't want to talk no he didn't want to

1:00:42 talk he's like oh man that's okay you

1:00:43 know whatever and and I end up leaving

1:00:45 I'm okay that's cool it's fair he thinks

1:00:47 I'm wearing a wire because we're we've

1:00:49 been spun around and we don't know who's

1:00:51 wearing a wire who's got video cameras

1:00:53 so and then I went to see the older lady

1:00:55 too and she was still there her story I

1:00:58 think was the worst out of this whole

1:00:59 thing they're gangsters bro like they

1:01:01 stuck with it you bowed out immediately

1:01:02 they stuck it I'm selling some candles

1:01:05 [ __ ] gry Jud I'm back back [ __ ]

1:01:08 Saturday they stuck with it they ain't

1:01:11 scared they ain't backing down they were

1:01:13 there the next day flipping antennas or

1:01:15 whatever else they they got so they were

1:01:17 they were doing their thing what

1:01:19 happened with her so what the the lady

1:01:21 she was there what I found out was that

1:01:24 she didn't just get bailed out of jail

1:01:26 nobody could bail her out she didn't

1:01:28 have family to bail her out and this

1:01:30 this happened during Christmas so she

1:01:31 was in there from December 20th through

1:01:34 Christmas and I want to say it was like

1:01:36 another week so it's like two weeks

1:01:37 total it's for an elderly lady a gr a

1:01:41 dick in the P County Jail which is not

1:01:43 po County Jail is not no Cakewalk I mean

1:01:45 it's no I I I have a hard time believing

1:01:48 that Grady Jud runs a nice clean

1:01:51 establishment that and he's kind and

1:01:54 polite to everybody every I'm pretty

1:01:56 sure it's hard he's hard on these mother

1:01:58 hardore you only get water there's only

1:02:01 water for everybody there's no juice

1:02:03 there's no nothing it's only water the

1:02:05 food is really nasty and I know this

1:02:07 from before the fire stick thing when I

1:02:09 had had to go in there for a little bit

1:02:11 back in my 20s and it was just nothing

1:02:13 but nasty food and water but anyway she

1:02:15 was in there for all and there's

1:02:17 dangerous people in Joe you know this is

1:02:19 County Joe it's not prisons County jails

1:02:20 you got people like coming down from

1:02:22 meth people withdrawing people just you

1:02:25 know acting crazy or whatever so I found

1:02:28 out she was in there during that time

1:02:29 that that made me even more mad about

1:02:32 this whole thing the the other lady I'm

1:02:34 not sure what happened to her if she's

1:02:36 still there but I'm pretty sure she is I

1:02:38 didn't go back to Mark after that that

1:02:40 first initial visit after getting out of

1:02:41 jail so I was done I had a regular 9 to5

1:02:46 like so I had something to fall back on

1:02:48 they didn't this is their bread and

1:02:49 butter you shut them down you're

1:02:51 shutting down their opportunity to eat

1:02:52 to buy medicine to the whole thing so

1:02:55 I'm I'm not sure what end up come how

1:02:57 they're doing today but I would assume

1:03:00 they're going to see this eventually

1:03:01 somewhere and hopefully you know makes

1:03:03 them feel good that somebody speaking up

1:03:04 for him because I could have said

1:03:06 nothing like I this happened in 2020 I'm

1:03:09 not this the first this is the second

1:03:10 time I'm speaking about it in public um

1:03:14 I wanted it to go away I just try to

1:03:16 continue living life but it keeps coming

1:03:19 up so after this whole thing went down

1:03:23 and it sort of went away legally my

1:03:26 reputation was ruined at work for sure

1:03:28 so I ended up leaving that job after a

1:03:30 couple months like there was a promotion

1:03:31 that came up that it was it was mine I'd

1:03:33 been there six years before this

1:03:35 happened right work coming in every day

1:03:37 I was like working my way up after that

1:03:39 I couldn't get an interview for like any

1:03:41 position moving up so I knew that was

1:03:43 over I left that job start a new job as

1:03:46 a manager somewhere at another logistics

1:03:49 company and it

1:03:51 took maybe 30 days before somebody's

1:03:53 like oh [ __ ] man yeah damn that's you

1:03:56 that you're the guy from the fire stick

1:03:58 thing and that was you know that so it

1:04:01 kept coming up right so I let that go

1:04:03 all right whatever and I stayed at that

1:04:04 second job for like another year and

1:04:06 almost two years but right there I knew

1:04:09 that okay I can't stay here forever

1:04:11 because this is going to get out and it

1:04:12 did get out they didn't fire me or

1:04:14 nothing people people support it most of

1:04:17 everybody hey man yeah that this

1:04:19 whatever they support because they know

1:04:22 you know the whole story but it just

1:04:24 kept bring coming up so I left to a

1:04:26 third job that I'm at now and it's only

1:04:29 a matter of time before it comes up

1:04:31 again because it's still everywhere it's

1:04:33 still on YouTube so on Google so that's

1:04:35 the reason I'm telling the story now cuz

1:04:37 I didn't have to I could just continue

1:04:39 my life and you know not talk about it

1:04:41 but I wrote this book particularly to

1:04:44 tell this story not just mine but also

1:04:46 the where's the

1:04:47 book babe can you I was say do you have

1:04:50 a copy of the book yes so that's the

1:04:52 version before it got published that you

1:04:54 see not for but have I have a bunch of

1:04:56 these oh you do yeah with the with your

1:04:58 books no I'm saying with the yeah with

1:05:00 my books with a you know not released

1:05:02 for sale or whatever so you you were

1:05:04 saying so I wrote the you know go ahead

1:05:06 so I wrote this book after years of

1:05:09 trying to get away from this story and

1:05:10 being owned by it like I'm now trying to

1:05:13 own my own story right and talk about

1:05:16 this so that one yeah okay so I wrote

1:05:19 this book to you know give our side I

1:05:22 didn't get any uh input from the other

1:05:24 vendors because they you know I didn't

1:05:26 go back to the flea market but they were

1:05:28 affected worse than I was um we do have

1:05:31 kids at home so we had bills still to

1:05:33 pay so

1:05:35 um so we were also affected but yeah so

1:05:38 that's why I wrote the book I could have

1:05:40 been quiet and gone away but I wanted to

1:05:42 definitely get it out there uh for

1:05:44 several reasons one of the reasons is

1:05:45 the press conference thing I would love

1:05:47 to see that go away right if if at all

1:05:50 possible because people oh to have them

1:05:52 take it down or you to have them take

1:05:54 down mindes and no longer do press

1:05:56 conferences well still do press

1:05:58 conference don't give prejudicial

1:05:59 statements don't trash people on the

1:06:02 press conference give them their chance

1:06:03 to have a fair trial right

1:06:06 and on that on the going back to the

1:06:09 Constitutional thing if you if you can't

1:06:11 get a fair trial then there's no your

1:06:13 Constitution doesn't apply to you um you

1:06:16 know it just doesn't it's a violation of

1:06:17 the it's a violation and they've been

1:06:20 and they've been sued you know but just

1:06:22 a year not even a year it's the same

1:06:23 year of Minds guy sued the sheriff's

1:06:25 department and they had to pay him

1:06:27 $100,000 for pain and suffering right

1:06:30 for being on a press conference and then

1:06:32 later being found not guilty or later

1:06:34 they dismissed it or whatever he sued

1:06:37 and it's happened a lot it's not just

1:06:39 one lawsuit during my research for this

1:06:41 book I found several people that had

1:06:43 done lawsuits I found lawyers out of

1:06:45 Tampa who publicly put statements out

1:06:48 you know whether they're defending

1:06:49 somebody that got arrested in po County

1:06:50 or they're just saying in general hey

1:06:53 your you your use of press conferences

1:06:54 is violating this right that right you

1:06:56 know it's got to stop you don't you

1:06:58 can't just give any statement that you

1:07:00 want to you know for for clout or

1:07:01 whatever right as entertaining as they

1:07:04 are they're very entertaining right did

1:07:06 you do an audible version so I'm working

1:07:09 on that now I did I have my paperback

1:07:11 version and then I have it on eBook too

1:07:13 which available now it's available at

1:07:15 Apple Google Kindle Amazon everywhere

1:07:18 you can get books and then the the audio

1:07:21 version should be available by the time

1:07:23 the this interview drops yeah the auto

1:07:25 the audible like I I I probably you know

1:07:27 I probably 30% of my book sales are on

1:07:30 Audible really yeah because people just

1:07:31 don't like you know a lot of people

1:07:33 don't breed so they don't want to buy

1:07:34 you know they don't want to buy the book

1:07:35 but they boy they'll buy Audible for

1:07:38 sure yeah you can just listen to it on

1:07:39 that work or on the way to work and are

1:07:41 you doing it I'm doing it okay cool yeah

1:07:43 I set up a little studio in the closet

1:07:45 and I'm well yeah I'm doing it okay yeah

1:07:49 well cool you feel like you feel like we

1:07:52 so what happened wait a minute so what

1:07:54 happened basically you took the deal

1:07:56 so you did take the deal so yeah so she

1:07:58 G she gives me this breakdown of this

1:08:00 deal pay us it'll go away so yeah at

1:08:03 that point I have a decision to make

1:08:05 either I find3 or $4,000 or whatever it

1:08:08 is going to be to start trial from

1:08:10 somewhere which it was impossible we we

1:08:12 didn't have those options or or or I

1:08:15 push I take this deal right that's like

1:08:17 there's no other option you got the

1:08:18 money ready or you going to take this

1:08:20 deal right right so I said okay I agreed

1:08:23 let's go ahead and do that I found some

1:08:25 money to pay them and then they had some

1:08:27 community service hours that you can buy

1:08:29 it out also bought that out for another

1:08:32 200 or whatever it was and it just gets

1:08:34 dismissed goes away and then they hope

1:08:37 nobody else talks about it right right

1:08:39 because they knew they were wrong this

1:08:40 is why they offered me this deal right

1:08:43 which they usually maybe would offer to

1:08:45 somebody with no criminal history I

1:08:46 don't have a big criminal history but I

1:08:48 did have some stuff back in the day and

1:08:50 usually they would say ah you know what

1:08:51 no you had your chance right you know

1:08:53 like like Grady says during the Press

1:08:55 confence he's he when he's talking about

1:08:57 us he's like but that guy he's had a

1:08:59 couple bites of the Apple so he might

1:09:01 not have it so easy right so but then

1:09:04 when it comes down to it I have it very

1:09:05 easy and they just you know dismiss it

1:09:07 to me it's almost like they they wanted

1:09:09 this thing to go away because one of the

1:09:12 press conferences the second one where

1:09:14 somebody says Hey the news says these

1:09:16 aren't illegal illegal we're getting

1:09:18 calls and you know emails that got taken

1:09:21 down by the the media team that's the

1:09:24 one they took down yeah but they don't

1:09:26 take down the original one if you know

1:09:28 it's just weird that one you can't find

1:09:30 on YouTube anywhere now so I'm conv it

1:09:33 was convenient yeah it's convenient and

1:09:35 the media is questioning something right

1:09:36 it's like oh can I ask one question

1:09:38 about that thing you know and then all

1:09:40 of a sudden that you can't find that

1:09:42 video anymore right so that's strange

1:09:45 I'd love people to go to my website it's

1:09:47 Tech SL or tech-p pat.com so Tech te c h

1:09:55 then the dash pirate. comom there you

1:09:58 can find the book I have my own you know

1:10:00 line of shirts all type of merch on

1:10:02 there you know and basically just trying

1:10:04 to recruit what I lost during this time

1:10:06 for no reason I mean it's still going on

1:10:08 now I'm still losing you know jobs here

1:10:10 and there and I'm trying to recoup from

1:10:12 this so that's why I I I have that on my

1:10:15 website well thanks for coming by thanks

1:10:17 for having me man I really appreciate it

1:10:19 but I didn't get a chance to say that

1:10:20 thank you so much for having me you've

1:10:22 been excellent you know I was a fan

1:10:24 before now I'm a bigger fan but I really

1:10:27 appreciate you giving me this

1:10:28 opportunity cuz this is new I haven't

1:10:30 talked about this you know besides the

1:10:32 first time recently in public so it's it

1:10:35 feels good to start getting this [ __ ]

1:10:36 off my chest and you know moving forward

1:10:39 and trying to take control of the story

1:10:41 and no longer having it run my life so I

1:10:44 want to be able to run it so I

1:10:46 appreciate that no problem all right I

1:10:48 appreciate so hold on let me all right

1:10:50 the Y what stop God bro don't Mary I
