00:00 Boys, I have no idea what just happened.

00:03 Bro, if you guys just watched UFC 329,

00:06 you saw what happened the main event.

00:08 Conor McGregor Harris is like ACL in the

00:11 first 10 seconds of the fight. What was

00:14 crazy was that I was watching it on

00:16 stream and the quality was like not

00:18 there. So, I tried to refresh it. Wasn't

00:20 working. Pull it up on my phone. I pull

00:22 it up on my phone. I see McGregor on the

00:24 floor. I'm like, "Okay, he got dropped.

00:26 Okay, he's he's back up on the feet.

00:28 can't use his leg anymore. Probably the

00:30 most heartbreaking thing that could have

00:33 happened. Like, there are so many

00:34 outcomes that could have happened. We

00:35 saw Conor McGregor walk out in a mohawk.

00:37 Okay, first things first. All right, and

00:40 we're seeing all the possibilities that

00:41 could play out. This was honestly could

00:44 have been like the worst one ever, bro.

00:45 But in today's video, we're going to

00:47 break down the entire event. You know,

00:49 it was that was a very very bitter uh

00:52 end to that whole event as a whole. I

00:54 thought the whole card was was amazing.

00:57 those those finishes, those submissions,

00:59 those knockouts, uh debuts. So, um we're

01:03 gonna, you know, talk about each fight

01:05 and then kind of see what's next for

01:07 Conor McGregor. So, we're going to break

01:08 down each fight starting from the early

01:10 prelims all the way to the main event.

01:14 First fight of the night was Aleandro

01:17 Costa versus Cody Duran. Cody Duran has

01:20 just been, you know, getting finished.

01:22 submission was not, you know, kind of

01:24 predictable, but we end up getting a

01:26 round two submission for Costa to open

01:28 up the card. Uh, this middleweight fight

01:30 with Ryan Gandra and Zachary Reese, I

01:33 was at the weigh-ins. Zachary Ree had

01:36 aura, bro. Like, he had the cowboy hat.

01:38 He did the little shooter gun thing. I'm

01:39 like, okay, he's an underdog, but he

01:42 ended up getting slimed out by Ryan

01:44 Gandra. There's a lot of power from this

01:46 Brazilian guy, and he was very scary.

01:49 So, I mean, you know, that was the first

01:51 kind of KO finish of the night. Leading

01:53 the energy into the next fight was Fared

01:55 Bashroat versus John Garza. And

01:58 honestly, I was super impressed by John

02:00 Garza. He's fought for Fury um you know,

02:02 a organization based out in Texas. And

02:05 Fared Bashra is undefeated. His brother

02:08 also very good. He recently got cut from

02:10 the UFC. And John Garza ended up, you

02:13 know, taking this fight all the way

02:14 three rounds. you know, kind of expected

02:16 Bosrad to kind of put on a master class,

02:18 but John Garza was able to hit

02:20 reversals, you know, stay on top and

02:22 just have that durability and just, you

02:24 know, stay in the fight throughout the

02:25 entire duration of three rounds. John

02:28 Garza had some great moments landing a

02:30 lot of shots to the body. Uh, Bosro kind

02:33 of was kind of withering away when it

02:34 comes to the end, but Bosro kept on

02:36 spamming those single leg uh takedowns.

02:38 Even though Garcia uh you know reversed

02:41 a ton uh he was able to land a few

02:44 takedowns towards the end of the third

02:45 round which ended up leaving him with a

02:48 win. Now we have Damen Penas versus

02:51 Caesar Almeida. This one was tough for

02:53 me bro cuz I actually saw both of these

02:55 guys during fight week. I went to Caesar

02:58 Almeida's gym. Actually asked him a few

03:00 questions about the gym. He was a really

03:02 nice guy. He was actually cracking pads

03:04 and he has he has a ton of power, bro. A

03:06 ton of power on the pads. Damian uh

03:08 Penas, we we saw him at the food court,

03:11 bro. He was literally cutting weight and

03:14 was at the food court chilling and I'm

03:16 like, man, both these guys really about

03:17 to fight. This is the first time I've

03:18 ever seen two people during the same

03:20 week who are going to fight each other.

03:22 So, it was a very interesting

03:23 experience, but Damen ends up getting a

03:26 first round knockout. Um, pretty pretty

03:28 dangerous, but a lot lot of power in

03:31 Damen's hands. So, um, yeah, it was kind

03:34 of kind of, uh, surprising to see a

03:36 first round knockout. Even though both

03:38 these guys like to swing, I mean, I was

03:39 expecting maybe like, you know, two,

03:41 three rounds, but first round uh,

03:43 finish. And then the last last fight,

03:45 the early prelims, we had Tracy Cortez

03:47 versus Wang Tong. I always thought it

03:50 was Wayne Kong. It's it's spelled Kong,

03:52 right? But I guess in the Chinese

03:53 language, C's are pronounced with T's,

03:56 so it's always Wang Tong. I thought John

03:58 Anick just couldn't get his his names

03:59 right. I'm like, something's got to be

04:01 wrong. But Tracy Cortez um just really

04:03 couldn't get it going to be honest. I

04:05 felt like her aggression wasn't really

04:06 uh there. Uh Tong kept on u using those

04:09 calf kicks. Joe Rogan mentioned those

04:11 calf kicks throughout the entire fight.

04:14 Uh there was an illegal knee in the

04:16 second round that they did deduct a

04:18 point from Wang and uh they kind of, you

04:20 know, gave Cortez a little bit more uh

04:22 momentum, you know, knowing that she's

04:23 down, but Wang was able to just apply

04:26 the pressure and get a easy unanimous

04:29 decision against Tracy Cortez. Now we go

04:31 into the prelims. We have Luke Riley

04:34 coming out of England who is undefeated

04:36 cage warrior prospect versus Kai Kamaka

04:38 who we also saw at the food court.

04:40 There's two people that we saw at the

04:42 food court at the New York New York and

04:44 uh you know Kai Kamaka looked really

04:46 good. Both these guys are uh have a lot

04:48 of speed, very fast uh fast switch

04:51 muscle fibers going. Luke Riley took a

04:53 little bit to get going. He was eating a

04:55 lot of calf kicks but ends up putting

04:57 Kai Kamaka away. Maybe uh I think Joe

05:00 Rogan said it was a questionable

05:01 stoppage wanting Kai Kamaka to fight

05:04 back, but Luke Riley was really putting

05:06 the pace on and landed some mean shots.

05:08 I think Kai Kamaka was already out of

05:09 it. He really couldn't really defend

05:11 himself much. I thought it was a good

05:12 stoppage, but Luke Riley featherweight I

05:15 think uh he's going to make the make a

05:16 rise in the the featherweight division.

05:19 Um hopefully to see like a real test for

05:21 him. I feel like he still hasn't uh you

05:23 know fought a really big name yet or at

05:25 least a ranked name. So, I'm very

05:27 excited to see what Luke really has in

05:29 store and uh in the ground game as well.

05:31 So, I'm excited to see what's going on.

05:33 So, Luke and his team undefeated, bro.

05:36 Him and Patty ended up getting the win.

05:37 Now, Cody Garbrandt versus Adrien

05:39 Giannis. I thought Cody was going to be

05:42 able to show a little bit of Unk status

05:44 on this one a little bit and Giannis

05:46 ended up getting the dub. Um I know

05:48 Peyton Tabas called out Giannis a ton.

05:50 Maybe that fight does happen. You know,

05:51 Tabas kind of struggling to find some

05:53 matchups. I know Giannis isn't

05:55 necessarily ranked, but um maybe that's

05:57 a good matchup out there. So, it sucks

05:59 to see Cody go out like that, but um it

06:01 is what it is. You know what I'm saying?

06:03 Then we have Gable Stevenson versus

06:05 Alicia Ellison. Uh

06:09 I'm surprised Alicia did his thing, bro.

06:11 Like, honestly, I know he got slimed out

06:13 in the first round, but he fought back.

06:15 Like, he didn't get knocked out right

06:16 away. He landed some great shots against

06:17 Gable. Gable's the most favored prospect

06:20 that has been uh you know in the UFC as

06:23 a as a heavyweight that we've ever seen.

06:25 So Gable, there's a lot of things going

06:27 on with him. If you you know look up

06:28 online, there's a lot of controversy

06:30 surrounding his name. Um so there's a

06:32 lot of things that maybe the UFC hasn't

06:34 really clarified yet with Gable Stefson,

06:37 but he's kind of like the prospect. He's

06:38 wrestled his whole life. Jon Jones is by

06:40 his side. You know, he's making his UFC

06:42 debut. A lot of people, a lot of eyes on

06:44 him. Um he ends up getting a first round

06:46 finish. wasn't the most clean, you know,

06:48 like fight that that we've seen from

06:50 Gable. I know he has tons of power, but

06:52 the heavyweight division, like if you if

06:54 you jump up the ranks, you get into some

06:56 scary scary matchups. Silan, Josh Hokit,

06:59 uh, now Alex Pra, I don't know if he's

07:01 going to move down or not. Tom Aspenol.

07:03 So, you know, if he's going to jump up

07:05 the ranks, I feel like he's going to

07:07 jump up very soon and we're going to see

07:08 some interesting interesting matchups,

07:10 you know. So, I feel like Josh Hokit

07:12 would be an interesting one for sure. I

07:13 know they trained together um out there

07:15 in New Mexico, so maybe that's a

07:17 possibility, but uh Gable Stevenson, I

07:19 believe he's here to take over. Nikita

07:21 Kryaw versus Robert Whitaker. Um I'm not

07:24 going to lie, I went for Robert Whitaker

07:26 for this fight, and

07:29 I feel like it was a little sloppy, bro.

07:31 I'm not going to lie. Like, I love

07:33 Robert, love, you know, him moving up

07:35 the the weight classes from welterweight

07:36 to middleweight to light heavyweight. It

07:38 just felt like his his body language

07:40 wasn't super confident right away. He

07:41 was able to land his shots. Kryov was

07:43 eating a lot of one twos, a lot of right

07:45 hands from Whitaker. But there was there

07:47 was moments in the fight where I felt

07:48 like Whitaker could have really put the

07:50 pace on and look for the finish, but he

07:52 didn't. So maybe that's just the UNK,

07:54 you know, showing his his true uh high

07:57 fight IQ throughout the throughout the

07:59 fight and kind of taking his time. But I

08:00 also thought there was something messing

08:01 with his like feet and like his ankles

08:04 or something. He kept on moving his feet

08:05 in a weird way. So I was trying very

08:07 curious to see what was going on there.

08:08 Then we go into the the main the main

08:11 card. Uh Mr. Bobby King Green versus Ter

08:15 Terrence McKenna. You know, we all knew

08:16 this fight was going to end in the first

08:18 round. We didn't know who. We didn't

08:19 know what. But right away, Terence

08:21 McKenna starts putting paws on on King

08:23 Green. Starts leaking. You know, King

08:26 Green is is bleeding. It was just like

08:27 he was fighting an uphill battle

08:29 throughout the entire fight. Terence

08:30 McKini's on top. Green's still talking

08:32 to him when he when when McKini has his

08:35 back. and Green was able to reverse it

08:38 at the very end. I'm like watching the

08:39 final like there's 15 seconds left. I

08:41 think this goes to round two. Green

08:43 lands a mean shot to the body, ends up

08:45 finishing it at the last second of the

08:47 first round. So, if you guys didn't

08:49 know, I did a podcast with uh King

08:51 Green. So, like those nerves were real

08:54 for on this one. So, I was just like

08:56 very very concerned on how this fight

08:58 was going to play out just because

08:59 Terence McKenna is a finisher. He's

09:01 knocked people out. You know, Green has

09:02 knocked people out as well. So, high

09:04 high action, high cortisol type of fight

09:07 and uh you know, Green ends up

09:09 victorious and beats Terren McKini in

09:11 the first round. Now, I believe this is

09:14 fight of the night. I haven't really

09:16 seen it on my screen here, but um

09:18 Brandon Roy Val versus Looney Kavanagh.

09:20 Uh this fight was an absolute banger,

09:22 bro. Brandon Roy Val almost gets

09:24 finished by Looney. The second round,

09:26 Looney Kavanaaugh put like drops Brandon

09:30 Roy Val ends up looking for the kill.

09:32 Brandon scrambling and he ends up

09:34 getting into this omo platada and

09:36 honestly jiu-jitsu saves lives. Like if

09:38 any other person was in that position,

09:41 most people are getting slimed out right

09:42 there going unconscious. Roy Val ends up

09:45 getting a plat just to give him a little

09:47 bit of room to think and he was able to

09:48 get up and then end up getting the

09:50 submission in round three. Kavanaaugh

09:53 had some good submission defense. He

09:54 fought off a few submissions. He fought

09:56 off that arm triangle very well. Uh, but

09:58 that rear naked choke as soon as it went

10:00 under the chin, it was locked in. And

10:03 uh, Kavanaaugh and I feel like he's he's

10:05 done very well in the division. He's

10:06 beat Brandon Moreno, but Brandon Roy

10:09 Val, I feel like he hasn't had, you

10:10 know, been hasn't been given his flowers

10:12 like he really should. He was the

10:13 underdog going into this fight at plus

10:15 190. I thought that was kind of

10:16 ridiculous. So, Brandon, uh, Raw Dog Roy

10:19 Val ends up getting the win. Cory

10:21 Sanhagen versus Mario Bautista. And I

10:24 think they robbed my boy Cory Sanhagen.

10:26 I'm not going to lie, like I got I'm

10:27 going to be straight up, bro. Like I'm

10:29 When I watch fights, I have people I

10:31 lean towards. I was leaning towards Cory

10:33 Sanhagen. At the same time, when I see

10:35 fights, I'm like, "Yo, you know, I think

10:38 Cory's up. I think he has more volume. I

10:40 think he's done more damage. Bautista

10:41 ends up getting this knee bar. Cory ends

10:43 up fighting through it, but you could

10:45 tell when he goes back into the corner,

10:47 it is not the same like it was." So,

10:49 Cory had to adjust had to adjust. Mario

10:52 uh kept on attacking the leg. Overall, I

10:54 thought the first two rounds were to

10:56 Cory and I thought Bautista, you know,

10:59 dropped Cory in the third. 108 could

11:01 give it to him. Maybe a draw, but a

11:04 unanimous decision. Absolutely insane.

11:07 So, um, yeah, I feel like we're going to

11:09 have to watch this one back and honestly

11:10 get a get an honest approval here. But

11:12 Bautista, you know, he really was

11:15 durable, started spamming a lot of

11:17 takedowns, and that's something you have

11:19 to deal with during the fight. So,

11:20 that's it is what it is. You know what I

11:22 mean? We have a lightweight fight. Ben

11:24 Wisa Saint Deni versus Patty Pimlet.

11:26 Patty ends up getting a sub in the first

11:29 50 seconds of the fight, bro. Absolute

11:32 cinema. The walk out. Everything was

11:34 just how we how we thought it was going

11:36 to be. This card was absolutely fire.

11:39 These fights were back and forth. Yeah,

11:41 we had some highs. Yeah, we had some

11:42 lows. Patty Pimlet ends up getting this

11:45 like Daraconda

11:48 situation into like a guillotine. I

11:50 think we're gonna have to find a name

11:51 into that that submission. Ben Was

11:54 Denise fought tried to fight out of it,

11:57 ends up getting put to sleep. Patty

11:58 Pimble is that guy at lightweight still.

12:01 I think Patty Pimlet versus Ilia is is

12:04 next, bro. I got to be straight up. I

12:06 think that's the fight to make. You

12:08 know, Ilia has to come back after losing

12:10 for the first time against Gachi. And

12:11 these guys have beef. I think the UFC

12:14 hasn't really capitalized off using

12:16 beef. Why not settle it in the octagon?

12:19 So Patty Pimlet,

12:22 insane finish. Insane finish. So him and

12:25 Luke Riley, teammates both flying back

12:27 with the dub. Now the welterweight

12:30 fight, the main event we talked about

12:32 earlier.

12:34 Very sour taste, bro. Very sour taste of

12:37 this fight. Max Holloway wins a minute

12:40 in. Conor McGregor tears his knee and

12:44 can't get up, can't walk. Fight ends and

12:46 Connor walks off, bro. like Hunter, he

12:48 he done didn't get back on the mic. Max

12:50 Holloway kind of incentivized the

12:52 rematch. Like like bro, like let just

12:56 wait a little bit. Just a little bit. I

12:57 know Max just seems a little hungry for

12:59 the money right now. Of course, you want

13:00 to get paid the big bucks, but like

13:01 nothing happened in the fight. Connor

13:04 just walks away very upset. And this is

13:08 honestly up there for like the biggest

13:10 letdowns of a main event of all time. Um

13:13 which is very um sad. I got to be

13:16 straight up with you. Like where I was

13:18 expecting, you know, maybe Connor land

13:19 some good shots in the first two rounds.

13:21 Max Holloway, you know, maybe have a

13:23 submission thread or, you know, use that

13:24 his cardio in the late rounds. Who who

13:27 knows what Connor has been working on in

13:29 the the last 5 years, but uh maybe that

13:31 wasn't the right play. I don't know what

13:33 went wrong or if he already had a

13:34 pre-existing injury to his knee. Um

13:37 there's so many things that could have

13:39 uh went down that we really don't know

13:41 what happened. So for it to end this way

13:44 uh is very sad, very disappointing and

13:47 uh very interesting to see how this is

13:49 taken from the people. A lot of people

13:51 lost a lot of money. A lot of people won

13:53 a lot of money and uh you know just as a

13:56 fan um overall I think we're not the

13:59 most um entertained. So that is one

14:03 thing that um that Dana is going to have

14:05 to deal with. A lot of people are going

14:07 to be talking about this. It's going to

14:09 be very controversial. what's next for

14:10 Connor if he comes back or if this is

14:12 the last time we ever see him compete um

14:15 ever. Those are some topics of

14:16 conversation. So, um yeah, man. I'm

14:19 really really uh interested to see what

14:21 you guys think about the whole

14:22 experience if uh anything could have

14:24 been done to prevent any of these uh

14:26 outcomes and also uh what was your

14:29 favorite fight of the of the match. My

14:31 personal favorite was Kavanagh versus

14:33 Roy Val. Um I thought that was an

14:35 absolute back and forth, absolute

14:37 banger. So, um yeah. So, there was some

14:41 good, there was some bad. Got to take

14:42 the good, leave the bad type. You know

14:45 what I mean? So, that's kind of the the

14:47 energy I I have for this. So, um

14:49 appreciate every single one of you guys.

14:50 Make sure to leave a like, subscribe,

14:52 and uh stay tuned for more. Appreciate

14:54 you guys. We have
