Welcome to today's new episode, ladies
and gentlemen. We will be reviewing the
UFC Apex in Las Vegas, or shall we say
the UFC Meta Apex. Now, the question
that I feel like a lot of people have,
is it worth it? We'll talk about
pricing. We'll talk about comfortability
when it comes to the seating, the
atmosphere inside the arena itself. Also
talked a little bit about the food and
just the overall experience as a whole.
So, make sure to hit that like button,
subscribe, and let's get started, ladies
and gentlemen. Now, we'll get into the
details of the Apex tickets. So, the
cheapest seats that you could probably
find range from $250 to $400 a piece.
Maybe that's sitting on the upper
section. The cool thing about it is
there's really no bad seats in the Apex.
We sat in like the front row on the
side, right, where the fighters kind of
did their their walkouts and stuff.
Perfect seating. The height was just
right. The thing that I wasn't the
biggest fan of was just the seats in
general. There was definitely not enough
space to sit comfortably. That's one of
my knocks uh for the seating in general,
just because I felt like there should
have been a little bit more space
between seats. Now, the Apex used to be
VIP only where it was like $1,500 a
seat. It was only like friends and
family, only a certain amount of people
could get in there. The cool thing is
that they expanded the seating, so
people like us, you know, the general
public were able to uh get some seats
and actually attend those events. So,
it's a little bit, you know, kind of
low-key. you know, I'm not really trying
to, you know, have this thing go viral
or anything just because I'm trying to
go to more Apex events, but if you guys
are interested, uh, you know, this is
kind of the the cool thing about it is a
lot more people are going to be able to
go attend to these cards. One thing I do
wish, you know, a little side tangent,
bro, bring the hype. If you're going to
go to the Apex event, cheer for each
fight, bro. That I was literally like I
felt like I was in a library during some
fights.
>> That's why I turned
And I was like kind of confused. I'm
like, does nobody want to cheer or
something? Like what's going on? Like I
understand there's coaches, there's
family members, and you don't want to
start any drama or anything like that,
but just like what's wrong with
cheering? You go, yo. Oh, hey. Like, I
love doing that stuff. I'm a fan. I'm a
I'm a fan at heart. So, it was a I had
to contain myself a little bit, you
know, as soon as the event started going
and there was a little bit more punches
being thrown. They're missing pizza.
Carico's freaking
upset $8 to 30 like that.
>> We rich.
>> I was able to let loose a little bit,
but it felt like yo, like come on, dog.
Like, let's let's get let's get active,
bro. Let's bring the energy into the
arena. I feel like that's what the
fighters feed off of as well. So, just
bringing that little bit more juice
would be cool as well, you know? Just a
little little side tangent there. Um,
we'll go into um the food as well. The
food is really good and honestly they
have good food. Good prices. Way better
than the T-Mobile Arena. This is like
$14 for a Wagu burger. Pizza is pretty
good too. What you give the burger out
of 10? Like a eight.
>> Not a huge line. Good foods. Good
variety. They have snacks, candies,
sodas.
>> I'll pop up the menu.
>> I'll pop up the menu right here cuz my
bro said so.
>> Uh the pricing was really good compared
to the T-Mobile. We've been at the
T-Mobile a few times. uh you're going to
spend $30 to $40 on some nachos, which
is kind of insane. Um especially if
you're going to a fight, you're already
dropping a huge bag. Might as well just
drop a huge bag in the concession. But
over here at the Apex, food is really
affordable, which I appreciated. And the
food was a solid quality as well. It was
no like cafeteria food. One of my
favorite perks of going to the Apex
event was being able to run in to UFC
fighters. Okay, so we're literally
grabbing a poster and my dad's calling
my name like, "What's going on?" And I
see Morat. I'm like, "No freaking way."
>> We just ran into a goat right now. How
we doing? How we doing?
>> The machine right here just just
chilling, like just having a good time.
We asked for a picture, put it up right
here, and I was like, "Oh my god, we
just ran into a freaking legend
already." Like legit a legend. He was
just walking around. Uh he was part of
Aljo's team, you know, he's really close
with Alamine Sterling. Got a picture and
also ran into Anthony Hernandez while
refilling on a Diet Coke. So I was like,
"No freaking way." Said what's up to
him.
>> What do you got for today for the
fights? Uh, for which one?
>> For the main event.
>> Or are you here to support somebody?
>> I was just Max and now I'm just kind of
watching.
>> Okay.
>> Just chilling now, giving him the
[ __ ] experiences. Birthday. Yeah.
>> Oh, yeah. Happy birthday, bro.
>> Your dad's a G, bro.
>> He was like super cool, really chill.
Like, if you get to meet Anthony
Hernandez, you know, super cool guy,
down to earth. And I even called my
brother and my dad like, "Yo, if you
want to say what's up, Anthony
Hernandez, he's right here." And his son
was there. Uh it was it was awesome to
be able to run into uh people that I've
I've watched I'm huge fans of and
actually have real conversations. The
only thing that um I would say would be
a little bit better is if there was a
little bit more fan interaction. There's
really not a lot of music, you know, no
there's no like jumbotron or anything
like that. So in between fights is a
little quiet. You know, you get to use
the restroom and and do your stuff
there, but there's no like, yo, like
hope you guys are doing good. Like Bruce
Buffer is like you guys having a good
time. Like yeah, we're having a good
time. Like that's literally the stuff
that I feel like they could just, you
know, it doesn't really cost a lot of
money to do production-wise. But if
they, you know, spend a little bit more
time effort, you know, to to help the
the fans feel good during the event, I
feel like it would do a lot, especially
uh since a lot of the the audio gets
picked up on their on their broadcast.
You know, it'd be cool if you had, you
know, a lot of pop from the fans. You
know, it would help out a ton when it
comes to the vibe and energy. Fights,
they're super high energy. They're
violent. A scrap's a scrap. So, at the
end of the day, if you're going with
your homies, going with your friends,
uh, just go and have a good time, eat
some good food, have fun, and keep the
vibe up. You know, I feel like just
letting it loose, and just I'm not
saying you got to throw a beer inside
the cage, you know, during the fight,
but, you know, let loose a little bit,
have fun. Um, I feel like that is
something that I feel like there's uh
some room to improve when it comes to
that type of stuff. If I were to
recommend it, of course, 100%. Um, I
definitely would go to an event. Now, it
just depends on who you go with. You
know, if you're going with a huge fan,
you're going with your homies, you're
going with your family, you love fights,
it doesn't matter who's fighting at the
end of the day. A fight's a fight. My
brother told me that. And it's like
that's that is that's it. It's simple as
that. A fight's a fight. Literally,
anything can happen. You can't predict
if there's going to be five knockouts,
10 knockouts, a submission, uh DQ. You
can't predict any of that. You know, you
see talent. There's sometimes there's
not a lot of talent, but there's great
fights. I didn't know uh I Alan or I
Barney Wesky before they fought on the
early prelims. That's literally the best
fight I've ever seen in my entire life.
I didn't know him beforehand. That's
pretty much as good as it's going to
get. You know, you're really up close.
The lighting's really good. The sound's
really good. You get to hear, you know,
the coaches coaches talk in the corner.
You get to hear like calf kicks,
punches, uh, takedowns and stuff like
that. It's insane. Overall, I would give
it out of 10, I would give it a solid
8.2 out of 10. Say if you have, you
know, one or two really good um, say
like a really solid co-main, it would
just make a world of a difference. Plus
those little adjustments, I feel like it
could be like an easy thing where he
could just take the homies and have a
great time. And even after the fights,
we're waiting for a Uber and I saw this
dude looking down, but he had a crutch
and I'm like, there's no way we're
standing next to Carlos Oberg and yep,
it was Carlos Oberg, bro. And even
though that fight with Yuri Pasca broke
my heart, um I was able to talk to him,
shook his hand, and uh talk to Carlos
Oberg, just like a one-on-one
conversation. And it was kind of insane
to think about. And those are the things
that you wouldn't be able to experience
at a pay-per-view or a numbered event
type of card. You know, those guys,
they're out of there. But, uh, yeah, it
was cool. So, I hope you guys enjoy this
type of video. A little bit different. I
wanted to bring some value with you guys
instead of just having like a vlog. And,
uh, yeah, make sure you guys like,
subscribe, and stay tuned for more. I
appreciate you guys for spending the
time with me, and I hope you guys have a
great day. We out. Peace.
