I'm just saying Dong has the ability to
upset Umar Nagame. I know he has Khabib
in his team and I'm going Sonia Dong on
this fight. What is up ladies and
gentlemen? We are back with another
episode elite shirt pull. Yes, we are
back and Dan Hooker has a main event in
the big 2026. I know all of us really
want to know what's going to happen in
this car, but realistically, we are
trying to push along to get to UFC 331,
UFC Noce. Those are the big cars we're
really looking forward to. But this, you
know, we got to eat our veggies, too.
So, if you guys are new to the channel,
my name is Alonzo and we do podcast
interviews, train jiu-jitsu, all that
stuff. But also huge fan of uh doing
predictions as well. So, as you guys
could see, we had a okay card out there
in China. The main thing is Sona Dong
clutched up and knocked out freaking
Umar and the Magame, bro. If you guys
want a little reaction to that, that is
here.
>> He knocked them out.
>> So, he cast made us a light $600. So, um
want to give a big Chinese uh thank you
to Song Yong. Congrats on the big dub.
Uh, let's get started with this card out
here in Where's this card at? In France.
It's in France. So, we we got a freaking
nice little cold one popped in. First
fight of the night. The fight that we're
all looking forward to. Deline Benu
versus Sophia Montenegro. Okay, I know
what you guys are probably thinking
like, who you going to go with, Zo?
Like, are you going to go with the
favor? You going to go with the
underdog? I'm personally going with the
favorite here. She's from France. Slight
underdog. I'm not saying like I'm a huge
fan. And I'm not going to cap to you
guys. You will never see me lie about me
pretending to know what's going to
happen during these fights. But
sometimes we just got the luck.
Sometimes we do, sometimes we don't. I'm
saying the French people got the luck
going into this card. Okay. Only in
China that is not the case. I don't
know. Like you could say that UFC is
definitely not rigged, bro. Because you
you see an event in China and more than
half of those dudes are losing. I don't
know how to explain it. But if you do a
nochce card, you do a card out there in
Canada, most of the the people from
that, you know, country are getting the
dub. So, we're going to have to see. Uh
I think BSD lost to Hinata Moanu in
France, like pretty badly. So, we're
going to have to see. I'm hoping Deli
could cash us in. I'm thinking Deline
takes this via decision, but we shall
see. All right, going into the second
fight, we have another Frenchman going
against a Brazilian here. and Luis Phipe
Diaz versus Mateo Duclo Duclo. So, this
one looks pretty good. Both these guys
are on some good win streaks here. Diaz
is on a three-ight win streak. Matteas
Duclo is on a fouright win streak. Um,
also making his UFC debut, though. So,
uh, Philipe Diaz does have an extra
fight in the UFC, so he doesn't really
have to deal with that kind of uh, debut
pressure here. I'm going to go two for
two for the French. I'm hoping for a
finish, a round two finish for Duclo in
his UFC debut. All right, now this one
is very interesting to me. We have Norah
Corull versus Claudia Sigula. I'm going
Sigula here, even though she's the
underdog. But if we look at the topology
here, 78% of the people are also going
Sigula here. Um I'm not I'm really not
sure why Cornol is the favorite going
into this. Maybe because she's from
France, but she's lost her last two and
I think Siguela can get the dub via TKO.
I'm gonna go with a round three TKO. I'm
hoping it's a little back and forth. Um,
but I'm I'm really hoping for finishes
on this card. The last few cards have
been absolutely insane. We're at the
Sacramento card. We're at the Dana White
Contender Series. The last uh week three
and week one. We were there. There's
been tons of finishes. Uh Gameamra
versus Southkilled. We were there as
well. Tons of good fights. So, I'm I'm
really hoping that we get to see that
here as well. Next fight on the card, we
have Fabia Cintes versus Michael
Aljurro. This one looks like it's going
to be a scrap. Like I said before, a lot
of people are making their debuts. So,
you will never catch me being like, yo,
unless I really know if I've seen the
other fights before, like to be honest,
like this just looks like a really good
matchup uh on paper, like Anthony Smith
on paper. But, uh right here, 11 and
three, 13 and three. I think the
Spaniard takes it, bro. We'll see how
that goes. I'm going to go with a
submission win here. Round two. I don't
know why. I don't know. I don't know.
We're moving on. Nathaniel Wood, though,
this is a short notice fight versus
Pavel Andrusa. Undefeated 8 and0.
Nathaniel Wood, bro. He definitely has
the experience and he's beat some good
people. Uh he's beat Daniel Paneeda.
That's Joshua Van's head coach Morgan
Share. Jose Delgado.
Uh, that one was interesting, you know,
and then, uh, he's won his last one via
split decision. So, he's won some close
fights. I'm leaning towards Nathaniel
Wood here. I'm hoping he gets the
finish, but I'm going to play it safe
and go decision with Nathaniel Wood.
He's a very high output striker. He's
definitely going to get a lot of variety
when it comes to kicks, punches, elbows.
Uh, I like Nathaniel Wood, and I think
the short notice fight is not the best
for Pavo. Moving up the card, we have
Omar Sai versus Modestas Bukowskas,
the Baltic Warrior. I'm going Bukowskas
here. I know uh Omar Sai is going to be
the crowd favorite. Uh between the two,
I'm taking the Baltic Warrior here via a
second round finish. Now, Curtis
Campbell, he's back. Curtis Campbell is
the favorite here, but but he did get
slimed out against Danny Silva and he
didn't look the best. So, Curtis
Campbell, even though he's a huge
favorite, kind of worries me at times.
I'm going to take Campbell by decision
and I think it's not going to be like
the prettiest unless he gets a finish,
but I'm I'm thinking he's mostly going
to most likely going to go to decision
here. Uh just volume strike. I wouldn't
like touch this on bets or anything.
He's a minus 370. Trevor Peak is not
like the most high level uh of opponent.
So I think this is a uh a winnable fight
for Curtis Campbell. Um now we have a
hood favorite here. Mario Pinto versus
Ryan Span Superman Span. Uh he slimed
out my goat freaking Bushesa in the
Apex. It going to be bad. But he's going
against undefeated Mario Pinto who has
knockout power and uh he could fake
accent postfight victory. So, this one's
going to be tough because um I know my
bro, he's definitely going to go
Superman Spanheavy on this fight here.
And honestly, the odds are honestly
honestly the odds honestly the odds are
looking really good for Ryan Span if you
guys want to make a play here. Mario
Pinto has not been beaten. He hasn't
been chinned or anything, but uh Ryan
Span definitely has knockout power. So,
if somebody gets chin, somebody's
getting chinned here, bro. And um I'm
thinking I think Pinto chin span, bro.
Uh, I hate to break it to you, but we're
going with the round two Pinto dub.
Superman Span, I think, you know, maybe
it's just the age. Maybe might be a
little step behind Pinto. I think
Pinto's 28 years old. Span's 35. He just
turned 35. Happy birthday, Ryan Span.
I'm going Pinto, though. And uh, yeah,
but this one, I'd be on the lookout for
this one. This one's gonna be a banger
for sure. For sure. Now, this one's
interesting to me. Lucin Kinta versus
Muhammad Nimov. All right, the odds are
looking a little back and forth here. Uh
he he lost a split to Nathaniel Wood as
we were talking about earlier, but um
this is really just going to see we're
going to see where experience lies in
this fight. Okay. Uh Nimov has a um a
lot more fights than Kita in the in the
UFC octagon, but I'm going to go KA on
this one, bro. He's the favorite, but at
the same time, it's like you're going
against someone who has a lot more
experience than you, but I do think he
slams him out in like the first round,
bro. I'm excited for that one. All
right. Now, this one,
like, if you know ball, this one's
really good, bro. Morgan Sharie versus
Felipe Lima. Lima hasn't fought in like
a year. His last fight was against Payne
Talbet. A lot of people were ruined for
Lima to to win that fight there. Pay
Tama was coming off a loss against Hony
Barcelos. And Payne made huge
improvements. Kind of shocked a lot of
people. It went to decision. I think
that was Payne's first decision win in
his career. Morgan Share though, he's on
a win loss kind of uh vibe here. He's
lost one one, he's lost his last one. Is
he due? You know, he got head kicked
against Mequisa Costa and he went out
bad like it going to be bad and it was
uh but he's he had a great fight against
Nate Landwear. Freaking scrap, bro. So,
this this one I feel like um is leaning
towards Lima. And I think I'm gonna lean
towards Lima here just due to the fact
that I know Lima is not going to put
himself in a huge amount of danger
unlike like a a Nate Loud where he would
just want to live in the fire and start
scrapping. Lima a little bit more of a a
smarter fighter. I'm going to go with a
submission win round two for Lima here.
But this one I'm I'm excited for that
one. Like realistically this one this
will be good. Now Punahily Soraniano
versus Daniel Donenko. I've seen Pun
Punahily fight. I feel like sometimes he
just makes some like some like technical
errors, bro. Like even the fights he
wins, like he almost got guillotine like
six times in one fight, bro. Like he
kept on getting put in the same
position. He was getting taken down. He
ended up winning the fight, but it just
wasn't the best uh stylistically.
Donchenko, he's 14-2, but he he's able
to knock people out. And one mistake
from Sorano and his lights out. I'mma go
Donko TKO round two. But um yeah, I
don't know. I I could see I could see
Punohily maybe winning via decision, but
Donchenko, he has that that power, that
kind of like Muay Thai type of uh style
there. So that's what I'm I'm I'm uh
leaning with there. So now the boy, now
the boy, Michael Venom Page versus
Nurlston Rosie Bov. This one's tough,
Maji, because it's like we we all kind
of ruin for MVP at the end of the day.
He came back, you know, Kevin Holland
master class, you know, you know the
Pokeball, you seen the the highlights on
Bellator. It's just like Unk, he getting
a little old, bro. Like he getting up
there. He's still fast. He's still
crafty. Just that last fight he had with
um Sam Patterson. It was his boy. So
yeah, there wasn't a lot going on. It
was a very boring fight. Now my MVP is
getting thrown in like as the the boring
fighter. Now he's went from the most
exciting fighter become because of his
taekwond do point style to now like the
decision merchant. Um I think he's going
to have to prove a lot of people wrong
here especially against Nlson Russiov
who has uh who has been in some scraps
bro he has definitely been in some
scraps and he has a lot of experience.
He's literally 37 and n
32 years old. So this is going to be
high volume and we're used to kind of
seeing Michael Venom Paige have the
height advantage. She does not have the
height advantage here. So, I'm hoping to
see like a flying knee. Uh I really want
to see a KO here. I really want to see a
KO, but I'm going to go MVP decision.
I want to see a KO. I want to see MVP
get back in his bag, hit flow state, and
just do it. But I think Ruseibo is going
to be hard to hard to be uh put away.
So, I'm going MVP. a entertaining
decision at that. Okay, now we're
getting into some good fights. You know,
at first like when I break down the
cards, like it's hard for me to talk
about some of these guys because I don't
know much about each one of them. But
we're getting into the co-main event.
Farice Far Ferris Zam versus Axel Sa.
And Ze kind of sold me on his last
fight. I'm not gonna lie. Like he was
going he went against uh Tom Nolan. He
went against Tom Nolan and I was
expecting Ze to just put BTA on this
guy, right? But Ze made these like
interesting takedowns and he just end up
getting reversed and he lost position
and it looked like he just beat himself
in that last fight which kind of
concerns me taking him against Axel Sza
was coming off a win. He beat Bombfi
with a a Dar choke, one of the Bomb
Fiend bros. lost to Mason Jones. A
decision which is respectable because
Mason Jones is a freaking dog, but Ze's
gonna have to show lots of improvement
here. Like, I'm taking Zeam, but I'm not
super confident in my play if that makes
sense. So, I'm going to go with a a
decision win, a three round back and
forth. Ze wins one, Sza wins one, Ze
steals it in the late third round.
That's the vibe I'm going with for this
this co-main event. But Zeon, please,
please, for the people. He's The only
reason I'm taking him is cuz he's in
France. If he was somewhere else, if he
was at like the Meta Apex or anything
like that, I'm like, man, I might go
solo. But we're going far on this one.
Now, the main event of the evening,
Saladin Paranise versus Dan the Hangman
Hooker. They're disrespecting Hooker
right here, bro. Plus 425 against
someone who's making their debut. Yes,
he's 23 and2. And yes, he's a dog. Yeah,
he he finishes everybody, but he's not
in the UFC. He's not in the UFC. Dan
Hooker literally has wars in the UFC
with some good wins against Golat. He
won a freaking war against Matteas
Gamro, Jaylen Turner. His last three
wins aren't the most impressive. I'm not
going to lie. You know, it's hard to
defend him. Uh that Benois Denian Arman
Serukin fights, those were easily
forgettable for the boy Hangman Hooker.
But man, but man, Hooker has got beat
bad, bro. I really want like you could
hear me like kind of just like try to
convince myself to take Dan Hooker here.
Maybe it's because they're really not
putting the respect on the UFC's name.
It's kind of hard for them to kind of
just make someone have their debut. say
like a a Kaio Sakura versus a Alexandria
Pantosia, it's like, oh, you're not
going to work your way up, get into kind
of like a experienced vet. But it makes
it interesting, bro. But if there's one
thing that I've learned from 2026 and in
the UFC is that anybody can win. It
doesn't matter if they're a 10%
underdog, 5%. We have seen Sean
Strickland beat Hamzachi. We have seen
Justin Gachi beat freaking Ilia Tapora.
We have seen Joshua Van beat Alexandre
Pantoia. No, I'm just playing. But there
has been a lot of people who uh who have
won who are massive underdogs. Sonia
Dong versus Umar Nurmagamedov.
Insane.
Does that happen with this fight?
I don't know. I don't think so. I don't
think [music] so. Yeah, I'm going Panise
here, bro. I really wanted to go Dan
Hooker. I really did. I really did. Um,
I still might lay lay a bet, but uh I
say Paranise TKO round four. I really
try to convince myself to take Hooker,
bro. Man, man, [snorts] people forget.
But that is it. That is it for today's
episode, guys. Hope you guys enjoyed
this little breakdown. Hopefully your
guys' picks do well this weekend. Like I
said, we're getting ready for those big
for those bigger cards. Appreciate every
single one of you guys. Catch you guys
on the next episode. We out. Good luck.
Peace.
