croers have a minimum size limit of 9

didn't know if you could help me.
>> Have you been okay, sir?
>> Yeah. Well, I got to I got to do some
things real quick cuz you had a bunch of
small fish that were way too small.
Okay. So, I'm going to I'm going to pull
up over there.
>> Yeah.
>> And you if you want to sit in your car,
do whatever you got to do. Turn the AC
on. I know it's hot. So, I'm going to
get in my truck and I'll be right back
with you. Okay. All right. Thank you.
All the All these in this bucket, this

>> Okay. So,
all these croer there's there's 25 of
them in there. They're all less than 9
in. Okay. So, they're too small. And
these crabs, they got to be 5 and a/4 in
this time of year. So, they're too small
as well.
>> Yeah. Here's your
>> Did the sizes just change on the crabs?

anything for that. So,
>> cuz I was down here a couple days ago
and he was like, "Yeah, they got to be 5
in." Yes.
>> Like, I got you.
>> Every year is the same. So, up until
July 14th, it's it's four or it's five.

>> the 14th.
>> Yep. It's five and a quarter inches.
>> So,
>> yeah.
>> Hey, Grandma.
>> Thank you.
>> Okay. So, uh, this this paper right
here, this side's a warning. Okay. So,
there's a there's a charge. It's you got
to be g in compliance with all fishing
laws in the state park. I just gave you
a a warning on that. So, no fines or
court with this, but this one right
here, uh, it's a must appear. So, you
have to go to court. Okay. So, the court
is going to send a a court date in the
mail to Is that where you currently
live?
>> Yeah.
>> Right here.
>> Mhm. So, uh, this is the court address.
So, when they send that date in the
mail, make sure you're in court on that
day. Okay.
>> Okay.
>> Or else you'll have a bench warrant put
out for your arrest and $100 tacked on
to the fine. Okay.
>> Okay. Any questions or
>> No, I don't get anything.
>> Okay. Yep. Yep. And uh all the all the
sizes and season on your fishing
license, there's like a little QR code
you if you scan that, it tells you it
brings you like a PDF and it shows you
all the sizes, seasons, all that stuff.
Also, there's books. So, just check
those.
>> No more fishing.
>> Oh, no. You can you can fish. Just make
sure you know. Just make sure you know.
>> So,
>> I'm sorry, sir. Thank you.
>> It's all right. Just say travels. Take
care.
>> Thank you.
>> Yep.
>> In the end, the angller was charged with
being in possession of 11 or more
undersized croker. After failing to
appear to her pre-trial hearing, she
plead guilty to the charge.
Unfortunately, the court records do not
make sentencing details publicly
available. We called the courthouse for
additional information, but they refused
to provide any as we were not directly
involved in the case. She likely
received a monetary fine as a result of
this case. Using the available
information made public from the courts,
we can confirm that she was not
sentenced to life in prison and she did
not receive the death penalty. If you
