01:52 knowing what uh type of Lifestyle this

02:03 means not just by the fact that I was

02:09 family but I realized about myself that

02:13 already in early

02:14 ages I didn't engage too much in

02:17 external communication meaning I was not

02:21 really engaging also in too much social

02:24 activity because sometimes people say

02:28 I'm more introverted

02:31 looking more dealing more with the world

02:34 which is happening inside of me the

02:35 world of thoughts the way how I

02:38 feel and so I just started to dive into

02:41 this world of how is that connection for

02:44 example between how do I

02:46 feel what are the Baseline of thoughts

02:50 that are like allowing these feelings to

02:52 arise and ultimately also how do these

02:55 feelings how do my thoughts afterwards

02:58 relate to

03:01 let's say the way how I can perform in

03:03 this world physically

03:05 wise and there I just discovered that a

03:08 lot

03:11 of a lot of potential a lot of

03:14 possibilities that ultimately you are

03:17 able to express in this world for

03:20 example through the body speaking about

03:24 the performance in the martial art

03:26 speaking about the development that you

03:28 can go through when you were training

03:30 the martial arts well the mindset 100%

03:36 matters but what type of mindset it

03:42 is these are the things that were

03:44 interesting to me and so I dived into

03:47 different philosophies tried out

03:49 different things got in touch with

03:51 different teachers always with the

03:53 emphasis how can I use knowledge

03:56 knowledge which starts in the mind but

03:59 ultimately to translate it into let's

04:02 say physical

04:04 performance

04:06 so

04:08 but I did it exactly like I said for

04:11 many years mainly relating all of these

04:14 practices to um the martial art

04:18 field but at the same time I also felt

04:22 like all the principles everything that

04:24 I have discovered along this way I think

04:28 these are basic fundamental principles

04:31 that all humans regardless of what type

04:34 of activity you're doing there is

04:37 something about the same about all of

04:39 us and so that means it felt like you

04:44 slowly start to discover something which

04:46 is which is not just related to your

04:49 life but you see actually it is

04:52 something which is relating to so many

04:54 other people's lives as

04:57 well and so my my idea was how can I try

05:02 to translate what I see to

05:07 translate what I discovered into a

05:10 language that even a non-martial artist

05:13 somebody who has nothing to do with

05:15 Shaolin can also

05:18 understand integrated into his or her um

05:23 individual life and then just see and

05:27 experience by themsel that is some truth

05:30 behind it and when you have a certain

05:33 guideline when you have some values when

05:37 you have some

05:39 principles

05:41 underlying or underlining your

05:47 lifestyle it becomes very very

05:51 helpful and also gives you many

05:53 different possibilities of slowly

05:57 adjusting the way of life that you

06:00 living yes and this is what I

06:04 think it is so good to make it simple it

06:08 is so good it is so simple but if nobody

06:12 in this world ever told you something

06:15 like this is existing something like

06:16 this is possible then it's uh you're

06:20 missing out on

06:21 something you know and there is the same

06:25 way how we jump back again why is it

06:28 called like different G generation no

06:30 matter what because our previous

06:33 generations they already gathered so

06:35 much experience that in the best case

06:38 this type of knowledge can be passed on

06:41 to the next Generation meaning it

06:44 doesn't take a lifetime anymore to get

06:47 to certain amount of knowledge which is

06:49 useful for your way of

06:52 life which means if you would base your

06:56 life like this you already start of by

07:00 taking first of all into consideration

07:04 the experience of your

07:06 seniors the experience of the grand

07:09 Masters and the grandfathers the

07:12 experience of the Masters and your

07:15 fathers first of all just take it just

07:18 listen there is nothing to discuss

07:20 there after you have taken it then with

07:23 this knowledge you walk now through your

07:25 individual life and always think about

07:29 what did they tell

07:30 you so maybe the solution is already

07:33 there you don't need to figure it out by

07:36 yourself if the solution is not there

07:38 well then it is good for you to now

07:41 expand your the yeah the amount of tools

07:46 that you have in that tool boox of

07:49 yours but we don't always need to

07:51 reinvent the wheel new and new again yes

07:55 and so this is the whole idea why I

07:57 think sometimes in this world

07:59 it's necessary if people know

08:03 something if people possess something

08:06 that can benefit more people I think it

08:11 should be

08:12 shared especially especially when it is

08:16 not even pushed upon

08:20 people for me I always see it

08:26 like I can sleep well if I know that I

08:29 have invested our time today for example

08:33 producing all of these things yeah but

08:37 with which intention in order that one

08:39 day this me message is going to be out

08:42 and whoever has the question it's

09:19 swimming that it was absolutely

09:22 fascinating to see how many people

09:24 associated with the disciplines of the

09:27 martial arts can you shed a little bit

09:29 more light how people can apply it to

09:32 specifically one of the biggest ones was

09:34 weightlifting we had a huge amount of

09:37 weightlifters using those sounds to be

09:40 feel inspired and to use them sort of as

09:42 guidance for their own

09:45 training one sentence I also mentioned

09:48 in many previous videos was it's not

09:51 important what you

09:53 do it's not important if it is swimming

09:57 if it is weightlifting if it is is yoga

10:00 if it is dancing if it is playing

10:02 football or if it is kung fu or martial

10:04 arts the only reason why I always come

10:07 back using examples coming from the

10:10 field of martial arts is because I'm a

10:13 martial

10:14 artist but I am a martial artist this is

10:17 like on the outside what my daily life

10:20 let's say is built

10:22 upon but I'm a martial artist but inside

10:25 of me is the search for answers

10:30 and meaning that my

10:34 content what is driving me on is always

10:37 the search for discovering new

10:41 possibilities discovering new limits

10:44 also this is like maybe the the most

10:47 appropriate way I am happy if I discover

10:52 limits this can be physical limits it

10:54 can be limits in terms of strength it

10:57 can be limits in terms of your level of

10:59 stamina it can be limits in terms of the

11:02 amount of your flexibility cuz always

11:05 when I hit them I know this is my next

11:10 project this is the next area in my life

11:13 right now which is directly being

11:15 mirrored in front of my eyes this is

11:17 your

11:18 limitation you have not went beyond that

11:22 yet and so on the one side this is

11:24 motivating to me but on the other side

11:27 it also just cultivates this

11:31 constant this constant

11:34 drive this constant

11:36 fire and why do I think fire is as

11:40 important as water is just to say it

11:42 right away but it is that fire that

11:46 nourishes us to

11:53 and when somebody's ask me how was it

12:36 know so that means setting priorities

12:40 knowing when is the time to invest the

12:42 energy when it is the time to release

12:45 energy when is it good now to recover

12:49 when are you really feeling this is now

12:51 starting to be the limit these are all

12:54 very very fine aspects that only you

12:57 know only you know about yourself when

13:01 you lift the weights only you know

13:04 people outside watching they don't know

13:06 if you're going through a struggle if

13:08 you're just warming up they don't know

13:11 so that means to continuously

13:13 integrating an internal

13:16 dialogue into your practices an internal

13:21 dialogue once you're swimming an

13:23 internal dialogue when you are lifting

13:25 weights an internal dialogue when I

13:28 practice my Kung Fu it doesn't mean I'm

13:30 talking to

13:31 myself but it means the awareness is

13:35 with myself I can feel the changes

13:37 throughout the practice that are

13:40 happening inside of my body I can feel

13:42 if something is blocked I can feel if

13:45 there is potential to release some

13:47 energy somewhere and invest it somewhere

13:50 else this is like this whole idea of an

13:53 internal practice a quiet

13:57 practice and and so it is the how in

14:02 which mindset are you doing the things

14:04 that you are doing I think this is what

14:07 matters and at the end it is Insight you

14:11 gain more insight into yourself what is

14:14 the result more

14:17 performance more being able to tickle

14:21 the potential out that is let's say

14:24 sleeping inside of

14:26 you but you need to realize what is

14:30 sleeping and this is the whole point you

14:33 know it's getting more and more digital

14:36 everything the fact is you wake up in

14:38 the

14:39 morning I would easily say many many

14:42 people first thing they do is directly

14:44 look either on the phone or

14:46 whatever it's a common thing it's not

14:50 about good or bad it's about

14:53 consequence and if the morning is

14:55 already starting with your awareness

14:57 being drawn out to something which

15:01 is pretty

15:03 irrelevant on the long

15:06 term then of course the way of how

15:10 you're living your life is also going to

15:14 um display upon

15:16 that and this is where it comes to the

15:19 fact of it doesn't matter what type of

15:22 practice you're doing it is the way that

15:25 whatever it is be aware of what's going

15:29 on on the inside use this outside

15:33 movements in order to get

15:37 inside use all of this because of the

15:41 repetition because of the consistency

15:44 that it is happening every day this is

15:47 why it's possible for you to watch

15:50 deep if if circumstances are changing

15:54 every day too quickly it's difficult to

15:57 find something stable about it

16:00 this is why repetition repetition

16:03 repetition yeah it's like in the simple

16:05 way

16:06 of of the process of learning when I

16:10 show you how a specific movement is done

17:21 mind to think about okay what needs to

17:23 be done what is the next step it slowly

17:27 starts to

17:29 disappear so the capacity of thinking

17:32 about what to do disappears and what

17:35 replaces the thinking now maybe you

17:38 would call it muscle memory this is one

17:40 way how to express it and in Asia or in

17:43 the martial arts sometimes we say well

17:46 meanwhile the movement has went into

17:49 Flesh and

17:51 Blood it has become part of your

17:54 being now once the movement the

17:57 technique is part of your being and the

18:00 mind meaning is now

18:02 free now you can use that mind in order

18:06 to penetrate actually into what are you

18:09 doing and start now now the way

18:12 starts until then it was just a

18:15 initiation let's call it like this I

18:18 initiated that movement to you first you

18:21 need to learn it and now comes the time

18:24 what is about

18:25 you not about what other people expect

18:29 from you now you have it now it's up to

18:32 you to cultivate it yes and that one

18:36 gives Insight because now the mind is

18:38 free to discover many many things that

18:41 go on inside of

18:43 there and now it's not just about the

18:46 and the martial art

18:48 movement this principle of you think a

18:52 lot about what needs to be done then it

18:55 is being replaced and the mind is free

18:57 this now we apply to the the life

19:03 itself this is the reason why waking up

19:07 and thinking too much about what to do

19:10 today you don't even reach the state of

19:14 being able to immerse into your daily

19:16 life because you're still in figuring

19:20 out 24 hours a day what to do you're

19:23 still thinking about your

19:26 life yeah but

19:29 thinking is something different than

19:31 experiencing than sensing than feeling

19:34 life itself this is why all these

19:37 methods stop thinking

19:39 meditate discipline your thoughts stop

19:42 thinking too much don't go into the past

19:45 don't go into the future be in the

19:48 present why because only then it's

19:51 possible that the mind is free the

19:54 capacity is free and now you can

19:57 completely immerse into whatever you are

20:00 doing and this means you have

20:04 arrived you have

20:08 arrived that's

20:11 it um you mentioned the morning quite a

20:14 few times there and the the idea of

20:18 priming yourself for the day or priming

20:21 priming your mind Prime in your body for

20:23 the day we have had I think we spoke to

20:26 you about sort of your morning routine

20:27 and what you do but is there something

20:29 specific like steps that people can

20:31 follow when they wake up that they could

20:34 go through that would Prime them for the

20:35 day and prepare them to be the best

20:37 version of

20:39 themselves let's start just with a basic

20:42 idea

20:43 of the day is about to come I have maybe

20:48 some goals I want to achieve so nothing

20:51 can be created if you don't have

20:55 energy so simple way okay how do we get

20:59 energy what's your

21:01 diet what's your

21:04 lifestyle concerning I mean relating to

21:08 how many hours do you sleep at what time

21:10 are you going to bed how much time are

21:14 you spending outside on the

21:17 sun second area and then also for

21:20 example how are

21:24 you how is your relation to your breath

21:29 these are the three ways breathing

21:32 lifestyle and

21:36 diet so when I wake up in the morning

21:38 first of all I think the majority of

21:41 people that are out there they have a

21:43 house where they sleep let's say so the

21:46 whole night you were breathing in let's

21:49 say continuously air and oxygen which is

21:52 all the time in your

21:53 room so one simple way how do I energize

21:57 myself for for the day is if you have

22:00 the possibility you go

22:02 out fresh air of course put put

22:06 something warm on you don't get sick but

22:08 like breathing wise go out on the fresh

22:10 air open the window and then start for

22:13 example

22:19 your your clean air breeding

22:23 preparation deep conscious starting to

22:27 pump up start up fueling your system

22:30 your breathing

22:31 system different ways either really just

22:38 slowly fill everything

22:42 up nine times 10 times or are the

22:47 exercises you breathe in through the

22:49 left

22:52 nose breathe out through the

22:56 right

23:02 so the first thing is clean up your

23:05 breathing apparatus which means it is

23:07 one of the three areas right now that I

23:11 consciously choose to start the day

23:13 breathing bring in the

23:15 energy okay so number one other people

23:18 go running one possibility number two

23:21 have a proper

23:26 breakfast yes and number three which

23:29 relates now to the

23:31 lifestyle is actually what I mentioned

23:34 before

23:36 already stop thinking too much about

23:40 stop thinking too much the fact of you

23:44 thinking too much is already getting you

23:48 off the

23:50 road okay and so these things are what

23:53 comes all together waking up preparing

23:56 your body waking up eating the proper

23:59 food waking up and already stay in the

24:02 mindset taking into consideration that

24:05 you know watching on the phone too much

24:08 being distracted by sounds too much

24:10 being distracted by what's going on on

24:12 the outside too much this is not the way

24:14 to

24:16 go just stay in this observation mode

24:20 always watch

24:22 yourself stay in this observation mode

24:25 and then slowly slowly you can start and

24:29 you build up from the morning this

24:31 energy level then yes also I'm not sure

24:35 if I mentioned it before but you just

24:37 take the Four Seasons as an example okay

24:41 the 24 hours divided into four seasons

24:45 meaning there is a phase where Energy

24:47 starts to rise which is like springtime

24:51 there is the point when your energy

24:53 level reaches the highest peak it is the

24:56 summertime afterwards comes the season

24:58 of slowly calming down Letting Go

25:02 Letting Go shutting down slowly your

25:06 Energy System meaning don't push

25:08 yourself unnecessarily until you are

25:11 entering back into winter time things

25:20 and the spring comes again so it's a

25:22 simple cycle and now exactly this type

25:26 of cycle you relate now to your 24-hour

25:30 day how could that possibly look which

25:33 means first of all observe yourself when

25:36 at the moment at what point of the day

25:39 are you having your highest

25:42 peaks when you feel this when you know

25:45 when you

25:46 sense the the time where you are the

25:49 most awake the time where you feel the

25:51 most vital this is the time where you

25:54 place all the heavy work in all the

25:57 productive Ive work in all the things

25:59 that take energy that is this

26:03 time but

26:06 to feel already oh no my my my body I'm

26:10 slowly getting tired I'm slowly starting

26:13 to shut down and then forcing yourself

26:16 to do

26:17 something this is called draining

26:22 yourself your actions your behavior are

26:26 in are in opposition to what your energy

26:30 system is

26:31 doing yes so and on when you're still

26:34 young and you still adaptable all not an

26:37 issue on the longterm big

26:40 issue if Energy System and the way of

26:43 how you behave does not fit together

26:47 then this is what we call you have a big

26:49 internal

26:51 conflict which is expressing in many

26:54 different

26:55 ways this can be depression can be of

26:58 really uh split

27:01 personality whatever it is yeah why do

27:04 you have this split personality because

27:06 something about you is

27:09 split there's no Harmony

27:12 there see and these are like just things

27:15 in general regardless of what what type

27:19 of work you're doing during the day um

27:24 that I would like take uh that I would

27:27 yeah think

27:29 about I love that yeah I think um I hope

27:34 people take that into 2024 it's a a

27:36 wonderful way of breaking down the day I

27:38 love the concept of the seasons as well

27:40 broken into each day um something I

27:44 think we should try and live by to be

27:47 honest um there is like a lot of talking

27:50 points and different things I wanted to

27:51 go through and um I think I wanted to

27:54 start with some of the points that we

27:55 had last year the

27:58 captured millions and millions of people

28:01 and one of them was in this exact room

28:04 and the quote that you said and I I love

28:08 it and I I want to get this printed on

28:10 my wall somewhere but it's the the more

28:12 you shine the more Shadows you cast

28:17 yes I make it

28:20 very

28:23 uh let's make it very

28:26 graspable

28:28 I have always been a

28:30 person who prefers

28:33 Harmony I prefer Harmony if I was with

28:37 my brother or my father and mother

28:40 inside our apartment I didn't like it

28:42 when there is something in the air I

28:45 didn't like it when I feel when I could

28:48 sense conflict I also didn't like it

28:51 when in any group there is a type of

28:56 conflict and being exactly that person

28:59 who is normally not talking a

29:01 lot I always try then to figure out okay

29:04 what can I do in order to bring Harmony

29:08 group well I jump now a little bit but

29:11 finally also like from my Chinese zodiac

29:14 I'm a water pick so if somebody wants to

29:17 find out the qualities of a water pick

29:24 okay so it has always been

29:36 harmony but on the other side I realized

30:26 hate that people

30:30 feel I can only change something about

30:34 myself and yeah and with this sentence I

30:39 realized the higher I started to it's a

30:43 nice

30:46 picture I felt like walking up a

30:49 mountain why because the higher I walk

30:51 the

30:53 mountain the more I can speak out and

30:56 the whole Valley is going to hear it

30:58 that's why in a way it makes sense to be

31:02 on top of the hill because from there if

31:05 you shout the complete Valley is going

31:07 to hear it at the same time the higher

31:11 you climb the mountain the more

31:13 difficult it becomes to

31:15 breathe so there's something which goes

31:23 it's going to become more

31:26 difficult I had the idea I you want to

31:29 reach more people somehow it's going to

31:32 it's going to be easier for you because

31:34 maybe people somehow going to help you

31:36 up on the way I don't know what type of

31:46 alone why because nobody is willing

31:50 anymore to invest their energy in going

31:53 higher because it's becoming more

31:56 difficult

32:06 getting more hard to breathe it's

32:08 getting more dangerous whatever so that

46:17 energy that can create new life two

46:21 people hate each other how they create

46:24 life two people are jealous amongst each

46:27 other how they create life no there's

46:32 thing and so law of attraction or

46:35 however it's called I think it is based

46:38 upon these type of thoughts I don't know

46:43 but once you are the

46:46 magnet you're pulling something towards

46:49 you this goes for all the positive

46:53 things that you feel during the day or

46:55 what what you're cultivating but

46:57 especially like the negative and I think

47:00 even yeah maybe if you are constantly

47:06 thinking about worried about fearful

47:11 something this fear already went so

47:15 strong that you feel it on a daily basis

47:18 and then you're wondering why it happens

47:21 this is also that sentence about the how

47:23 you call it the self-fulfilling

47:27 prophecy so self-fulfilling prophecy Law

47:30 of Attraction for me I think they belong

47:32 to the same category right now it's just

47:36 when we talk about attraction we relate

47:38 it a little bit more to something that a

47:40 positive cuz people most of the time

47:44 want to attract something positive

47:46 nobody wants to attract something

51:44 the philosophy behind it is good these

51:56 your life you are the one who is

51:59 supposed to benefit from these teachings

52:04 delivered all of this they're not here

1:01:12 existing you can be aware you can be

1:01:15 conscious you can take care of

1:01:18 everything you think you feel you do and

1:01:26 but there are just things going on every

1:01:28 second every minute since your lifetime

1:01:30 where we have no influence on and they

1:01:33 have still a very high impact upon

1:01:37 us already the fact of when we were born

1:01:43 what did our parents

1:01:45 eat a month a week a year before they

1:01:49 our mother became

1:01:53 pregnant it's not in the field of our

1:01:55 influence anymore but it is 100%

1:02:00 something that mirrors inside of

1:02:04 us okay so that means there are so many

1:02:07 things which come together that makes it

1:02:10 ultimately

1:02:13 impossible impossible to to try even for

1:02:18 100%

1:02:25 to pre assume what's going to happen

1:07:25 capacity yes something like this happens
